I have had a really good experience of renting through Leaders. I was nervous to rent after a previous experience but they explained everything and keep me updated at all times. After the initial contact I was then moved to property management and was asked to deal with Sarah who I found to be informative quick to respond and a delight to deal with. Ben was by far the most helpful, friendly and professional estate agent who came to value the house initially. He was very realistic in his valuation and was great when it came to the negotiations. The rest of the sales team were equally approachable and we cannot praise Gareth, the mortgage advisor, enough for his help throughout. We weren’t quite so impressed with their recommended conveyancing team, but it all worked out in the end.

I made several attempts to make contact and arrange a viewing over a few days. When they eventually picked up my phone call the conversation I had was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Nothing to identify who was speaking. No help whatsoever. He clearly wasn't interested in doing his job. I do not recommend using Connections Letting Agents. There are plenty of other agents who are there to help.
