Samara at Leaders Weybridge is very friendly and professional. I just had an experience with her a couple of weeks ago when I needed help for my tenancy agreement and she was always available for help. She’s so amazing, polite and very helpful.

Samara at Leaders Weybridge was really helpful. She was responsive and willing to help and was very professional and friendly whilst doing so. Having dealt with other more difficult estate agents it was a pleasant surprise to have someone so easy to liaise with when looking for a new property to rent.

The whole process from the fist emails we’d exchanged pre-viewing to the signing of contract and beyond was very seamless and straightforward. Leaders have been excellent in helping find and secure a property for myself when I visiting the Weybridge area. Although it ended up not being successful due to personal circumstances, Leaders, and Robert in particular, were very accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robert and would ask for him by name should I return to the area in search for a property!

Smooth service, pleasing experience. After years of renting in Surrey, we decided it's time to look a place for ourselves. I'm almost 4 years a tenant with Butlers Property Online and my experience with Kelly and her Team has been truly excellent. The service provided is professional, friendly and super responsive which is making the tenancy very enjoyable. Just on Christmas Day I was reminded how efficient Kelly is; our boiler which stopped working was fixed by a plumber within an hour of reaching out. Butlers approach compared to previous used agencies is delightfully fair and actually customer focused, something which I haven't experienced prior. Their support extends even outside the tenancy agreement. I highly recommend Butlers.

Not professional. They clearly want to keep the landlord happy not the tenant. Over two weeks and still no return on my deposit. Slow to sort out a dispute with the landlord over my deposit. Will be taking my complaint further. Very disappointed ex-tenant.

Excellent experience . I will go back for further pampering

We recently immigrated to the UK from South Africa, and with very little credit history and references finding our first home in the UK proved to be extremely difficult. With lockdown restrictions and many agents working from home, getting feedback or even acknowledgement from most agents seemed almost impossible. This experience completely changed once we met Charlotte. Charlotte was aware of our situation and took the time to go through the different areas (that we were mostly very unfamiliar with), the process of renting a property in the UK and all of the requirements. Charlotte was extremely patient with us and worked with us until we found the exact property that we were after. In a sense she made us feel right at home. We have never rented a property before as we have always owned our own homes in South Arica, and I can confidently say that Charlotte Rowe was the most professional agent that we have ever worked with. On some occasions it was her day off but nothing was every to much to ask of her, even coming around to assist on with things on her day off! I can assure you that when our rental comes to an end, we will ONLY use Charlotte and Martin Flashman & Co again and will certainly ask her to assist us with our next property. It was an absolute privilege dealing with her, and I will easily recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property.

Great letting process, quick and easy, treated like a human and not a "tenant" - if you know you know ;). Staff are all lovely from lettings to property management. Contact was always available and thorough and kept up to date throughout. The only issue was that after moving in to quite a big development it came to light that I was supposed to have an induction to show the building and how everything works and where everything is location as it's a bit confusing. Luckily the building staff have been helpful but just a suggestion for future tenants, as this would have been very helpful! Thanks for breaking the mould of awful letting agents, you guys were great!
