Kaybridge have completely restored our faith in Estate agents. After previously instructing a different agent (cairds Epsom) who failed massively with their service and therefore selling our house we changed agent to Kaybridge and wow what a difference! Consistent viewings, consistent updates, always checking in and doing their best to return our calls as soon as they possibly could. They sold our home and the process was smooth. We will now be using Kaybridge to let our flat. Special shout out to Richard and also Kevin and Artur. Always polite, friendly and professional lovely people.

Great experience with Richard at Kaybridge!! For a first time buyer who had no idea how things worked... Richard was there every step of the way from answering all my odd first time questions to responding quickly with calls and emails. Regular updates were provided by Richard and when coming to close to exchange Richard was able to push the chain and ensure everything was sorted and in order in time for exchange and finally completion! Read the several bad reviews on here and they tell the same story.... incompetent, unprofessional and lazy. Mainly, I'll never forget the way Renata spoke to me very rudely and pressured me into signing contract for a property they nor the landlord had bothered to inspect prior to my tenancy- the place was falling to pieces and in a disgusting state of disrepair with even the bathroom ceiling collapsing. Was that why you were in such a rush to get me to sign up before I inspected the place myself? Landlord and Elizabeth Scott then proceeded to blame each other for the mistake. No help at all and pretty much useless all around. I've been looking forward to writing this review after much protracted back and to trying to get my full deposit back. Be careful how you speak to customers Renata because you come across as extremely rude and I will steer clear of your company in future and advise others to do the same.

The agents has no interest in helping you with any issue. We've rented a house throughout this agency and we had some problems even from the begining but it wasn't no involvement neither from the landlord neither from the agency .And at the end of the contract they found a lot of things to keep us a considerable amount of the deposit even if the clerk said that the house was looking even better.

We rented our house out through Elizabeth Scott Estate Agents. We had lots of viewings and the property was rented out quickly with no problems. Care was taken to find the right tenant for the property, The team at Elizabeth Scott have continued to manage the property for us and provide a great service. The team are professional, friendly and efficient and i would highly recommend them.
