Where do I start!? Having left our previous estate agents, who we felt pulled the wool over our eyes with fees yet did little to earn them, Seymours were completely transparent. No messing about or games, they have a refreshing approach and not one single member of staff fits within the dated cliche of the estate agent. Each representative within sales knows their industry inside out and acts with integrity and great trustworthiness. They kept us fully in the loop at all times and have managed to achieve a 5 week sale at probably one of the busiest and most stressful times for the property market. They feel like friends and we’ll kind of miss talking to them! But we feel so fortunate that they have been part of this transaction working on our behalf. They have been of great support at all times, so thank you David and team.

From start to finish David and the team are right with you. Constantly updating you on the process and ironing out issues very quickly along the way. Yes, there is a lot of choice when choosing an Estate Agent but I can honestly say you won't get a better service than from Seymours. If you are looking to move your first call has to be Seymours and I promise you won't look back. Competitive rate but worth every penny.....highly recommended.

The whole team were fantastic throughout our sale. All estate agents are friendly before you agree to go with them but Seymours were just as friendly and approachable after which made the whole process much easier. We would get regular updates and if we happened to phone and leave a message they will always get back to you same day. We will recommend them 100% to anyone looking to sell in Dorking.
