Tried to call the letting team for a house being marketed. Hit an office voice message which said the team were out and would call back. Much to my surprise Sam actually called back within an hour or so...and took my details and viewing booked. Refreshing communication I've tried a number of other local agents to rent hard to make initial contact or get them to call back basics done right 👍🏻

A highly professional, efficient and courteous team. A team that is always available and on top of things. Most recently I worked with Sam Preece on letting my flat. He delivered excellent service and got me 3 offers in an unexpectedly short period of time. Just like the rest of the Connells team, he was available and easy to reach throughout the process. I would highly recommend using their services for both lettings and sales.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. As a landlord this is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Cost me so much money and left me financially worse off. Would advise anyone looking to use their services to go elsewhere.

I really recommend this estate agents. Nicola helped me sell my house and was so on the ball and proactive at getting in touch and chasing up solicitors. It was really helpful and she was always able to give me information or answer my questions along the way.

I was desperately in need to find a new accomodations and had a viewing with Xavier. After speaking on the phone with him he asked me what kind of place I was looking for, then found 2 other places for me to see in the next few hours, and the next place we saw all three. And I ended up taking one of the viewings I saw with him. After that he was very helpful with me to get all the necessary documents done for this move to happen as quickly as possible, and in the end, everything got done in less than a week. He is a very kind professional man who treated me well. I also met some of his work colleagues when I went to collect the keys, who were also very helpful. Good professional business.

In my dealing with Leaders and Jessica Willis in particular, I have found them to be extremely professional, quick to act and respond and always lovely and approachable to speak with. As a busy mum this is just the service I need when issues with tenants arise. Jess also has a very nice approach with our tenants which makes for a smooth working relationship all round. If I were leaders I would consider her a great asset!

Two people I knew in this company Vicky and Daniela these two ladies are so jim in there work.. during my Initial paperwork on letting process vickey was handing it she did so clean and perfect handover to me .I didn’t had any follow-up with them there were at the right time..👍 days passed.. during my property handover I was working with Daniela another pillar of corbyn & co.. I felt like I’m speaking to my sister and I shared all my hard times to her however they understand the customer issue and resolve the same, again it was very clean and very Professional handover for the property .
