My husband and I have recently decided to make the move out of London. Having contacted contacted several agents in the area, we arranged a Saturday viewing with Fozley at Townends, who then suggested we look at another property - which wasn’t even on our radar - on the same day. Fozley met us at the first property and kindly arranged for us to meet with Rominder at the next property straight after. We purchased our home through Nevin and Wells and right from the very beginning, Paul was absolutely fantastic. He gave us brilliant advice around using a local solicitor, rather than a national company to get the sale through to beat the stamp duty (our estate agent handling the sale of our home in Portsmouth was really pushing us to use a national firm, no doubt with big commission for them). This proved to be brilliant advice and we were able to complete on 29th March, less than two months after making an offer. Every interaction was friendly, personable and just really felt like he was as excited and passionate about us moving as we were. Even post-sale, Paul made it super clear that if we needed any recommendations or local advice (we’re new to the area) then he’ll help as much as he can. I recently finished renting a house with Nevin & Wells in Egham. For most of the part, their service was quite good. Before the start of the tenancy, the viewing appointment for potential houses was great. During the tenancy, they were usually responsive to emails, although there were times when it took longer than expected which was quite frustrating. Most of my queries were answered in detail however sometimes there could have been a greater sense of clarity in their messages. There were some major issues with the attitude and efficiency of some of the contractors they used for the repairs, some of whom came around unexpectedly, although Nevin & Wells were very responsive to arranging for the repairs. Overall, Nevin & Wells gave a satisfactory experience but there is room for a fair bit of improvement in some areas. *Review written under pseudonym*

Got lots of support in a very diffucult time, when I had to leave my apartment unattended. I doubt any other let agent would have agreed so much extra support for nearly no charge, and in any case they were flexible to accomodate my requests. It's seldom to find a let agent who is sympathetic, professional, but also firm with misbehaving tenants at the same time.
