We have just exchanged on a house that Park & Bailey were representing and are over the moon. We were kept up to date and was a relatively quick and well managed process. This is particularly impressive considering the amount of house sales in the market right now, it would be normal to expect standards to slip but we were made to feel important still. We recently purchased our new home through Park and Bailey in Caterham. The team in the Caterham on the Hill branch were fantastic. Alex and Kay helped us find our new home and kept us informed of everything that was coming on to the market. They got us in as soon as possible to all the properties in our price bracket. My husband made an offer and within minutes they got back to my husband that our offer had been accepted. We went through the process but due to personal reasons could not go ahead with the purchase. My family has been renting a house through this agency in CATERHAM for more than 3 years. Unfortunately I had a lot of problems and a very disappointing experience especially while moving out of the property in the end of tenancy this summer. The agency, which was supposed to be a mediator in this situation and stand for both parties interests, failed and refused to do so, as well as they have failed to communicate any reasons, explanations or updates to myself. The communication was very poor, quality and standard of work as an estate agent was very low. I had a strong feeling the agency was definitely not there to defend any of my interests as a tenant, acted with a huge prejudice and did not assist in any of the matters while I was moving out of the property. The agency just pretended they were never a part of any letting agreement between the two sides and never were my agent. There was no help, no advise, no support. I feel extremely disappointed and let down, I believe this agency’s working style is very unprofessional and definitely not in the tenants interests. Everything is swiped under the carpet and not dealt with. I consider my experience with this agency to be one of the most miserable and sad tenants/letting agents interactions imaginable.

We used Hamptons in Caterham to move and were assisted by Laura Nicoll nee Price, who was excellent. She was diligent, honest, and provided timely feedback and value add help. Our process was a complex one with a chain over 10, but Laura expertly negotiated with all interested parties to keep things moving swiftly - we certainly weren't the easiest clients but she maintained integrity throughout. I'd recommend to all.

We bought our property though Hamptons and would absolutely recommend them as a superb agent to buy through. In particular, Oliver in Caterham was really effective in our purchase, got us a fantastic deal and worked extremely hard to get the deal done. We had to work to a very short timescale and felt that he worked very hard to help us progress the deal to meet it. Overall, as a buyer I was incredibly impressed with Hamptons' professionalism, expertise, and also the guidance and advice given to us in the buying process, in particular from Oliver. Would definitely recommend them!

I found Peter to be professional,sincere,and an all round person i felt i could trust. He did exactly what was required,selling the property i entrusted him with, and during a difficult period for me ,even though he was very busy,he always made time ,if i had any questions for him. Excellent service from the staff at PA Jones, when other estate agents wouldn't touch the property I was selling, they came to my aid and gave me good advice on how to sell it. They gave me advice to help me negotiate with the freeholder and agree a fair price for the new lease. PA Jones found me genuine buyers and were helpful at every step of the way to the eventual successful sale. They always kept me in the picture of how the buyers were progressing and always returned my calls. If you need a solution to a difficult problem with a property I can highly recommend them. This sale was also done during the pandemic which had its own separate problems.

Have dealt with most agents in the area, over a number of years, and without doubt PAJones are the most efficient, conscientious, reliable and straight forward agent.
