Go with Cairds. V&H are very average estate agents, had my property on for 3 months and charged an arm and leg in fees and managed to get couple of bites at a lower price. In comparison, Cairds are much better, more experienced people doing viewings, friendlier to work with, worked in my interest and provided a lot feedback and market trends. Found V&H did not act in my interest and asking me to lower price to get a quick sale. Paul the owner is a nice chap, but doesn't get involved in day to day viewings or selling.

Tom Bachelor is an asset to V & H Homes Ashtead. Our housing situation was fairly unique and needed a quick resolution. Tom was sympathetic to our needs and made the process very smooth. Thank you for assisting keeping our family housed efficiently at a time we needed support.

I am posting this on behalf of my mum, Mandy . From meeting Paul for an initial consultation to exchange of contracts took less than 6 weeks. Dan took the lead on the sale of my house and was exceptional, he was even willing to advise me on the purchase of a property in Scotland. Maria must also be mentioned as she was of great help when Dan his day off. Every member of the team I spoke to or met was extremely professional. They are driven and will get the job of selling your house done but they also have a very kind personal touch. I could not speak more highly of V&H homes.
