He saw the sales process through from start to finish keeping us updated the whole time, not once did we have to chase. When he committed to calling us back on a set date and time he always did. Even on his days off he would give us updates and was willing to take calls if necessary. We have moved several times and can say without doubt this has been our best experience, which was mainly due to Louis efforts. He has very good communication skills, is extremely polite, very understanding, and committed, a pleasure to do business with. The letting agency is so professional and warm when dealing with prospective clients and home viewings - we had a wonderful encounter with the letting manager at Aspens lettings name Mr Keith Howard. Everything was very comprehensive and efficiently laid out to complete.
