A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. We used Douglas & Simmons to sell our house and they provided a very professional and attentive service. They responded to our requests for information quickly and although the marketing info was an extra cost, the overall service was very good. Would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend the team at Douglas & Simmons. Graham's initial advise was invaluable, Charlotte and Lily who arranged and conducted the viewings were brilliant and Sam expertly handled the negotiations and sale progression. They also offer good value and use a decent photographer compared to other agents.

We have just sold and purchased with Douglas and Simmons and we couldn’t of asked for a better service. The full process was simple and stress free. Our main contact was Sam and he was amazing, very professional and always helpful and happy to answer any questions. When Sam was not free the whole team were just as helpful. I can’t recommended Douglas and Simmons anymore if I tried. From the very first phone call to arrange a viewing with them for a house we saw online, they have been faultless! We have been working with Sam, he has been fantastic from day one! He was my go too, if I had a question or needed something I knew that Sam would respond very quickly and help me with my query. If you are thinking of selling your home, or buying a home from these estate agents I can 100% recommended them!

I have been particularly impressed by the dynamism of Charlotte Nicol: Property Manger. As a tenant in Wantage I recently gave her a list of maintenance problems that I needed to be addressed. Within two days of receiving my list she had arranged for repairs to be made. Obviously this involved seeking the Landlord's approval and appointing available Tradesmen. Charlotte certainly demonstrates organisational flair and a commitment to providing tenants with the comfortable homes that we pay for. It is good to receive such care and attention: very much appreciated.

I'd like to share my experience with Davis Tate estate agents. So far it's been great and I hope it continues that way. From day one from viewing the property to handing over the keys it has been very smooth transition for us. No hidden costs or expenses. So far we didn't have any major problems but little things to be fixed in the property and it has been acted upon very quickly. Charlotte has been very very helpful in sorting out any property maintenance related issues. I'd 100% recommend this estate agents and will use them in future. I have not been given any rewards for this review. It's a genuine review for a team that works hard. thank you guys.

As an engineering company spot on the only issue I had with it was once you pull up doing a delivery you find out you need to be round the back so then you have to go round the estate again and you can easily miss there entrance think it could just do with some signage on the delivery entrance AGAIN AS A ENGINEERING COMPANY ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON SORRY IF ANYONE WAS MISLED.
