I felt he always had time to listen in what is a naturally stressful period of time. They also offer good value and use a decent photographer compared to other agents.

Davis Tate in Wantage have been fantastic through the process of buying our house. Quick to respond to enquiries, quick to arrange viewings, friendly and helpful (even during negotiations!). I have only good things to say about our experience working with them.

I have been particularly impressed by the dynamism of Charlotte Nicol: Property Manger. As a tenant in Wantage I recently gave her a list of maintenance problems that I needed to be addressed. Within two days of receiving my list she had arranged for repairs to be made. Obviously this involved seeking the Landlord's approval and appointing available Tradesmen. Charlotte certainly demonstrates organisational flair and a commitment to providing tenants with the comfortable homes that we pay for. It is good to receive such care and attention: very much appreciated.

I'd like to share my experience with Davis Tate estate agents. So far it's been great and I hope it continues that way. From day one from viewing the property to handing over the keys it has been very smooth transition for us. No hidden costs or expenses. So far we didn't have any major problems but little things to be fixed in the property and it has been acted upon very quickly. Charlotte has been very very helpful in sorting out any property maintenance related issues. I'd 100% recommend this estate agents and will use them in future. As an engineering company spot on the only issue I had with it was once you pull up doing a delivery you find out you need to be round the back so then you have to go round the estate again and you can easily miss there entrance think it could just do with some signage on the delivery entrance AGAIN AS A ENGINEERING COMPANY ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON SORRY IF ANYONE WAS MISLED.
