A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. In House not only made our recent house move as smooth as possible they also gave us the confidence to move house. From start to finish we were provided with daily support. The entire process was very quick and with the support of the Sales Progression team everything went to plan. I couldn't rate In House highly enough, the entire team were amazing.

We recently completed our purchase through In House and I cannot say enough good things about them. We received absolutely first class service from start to finish, and I feel very lucky that In House happened to be the estate agents handling the purchase of the property we fell in love with. Jack was our “go to guy” and he was in constant contact with us throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way and tenaciously managing every moving part, without us ever left wondering where things were or feeling like we were forgotten about, even during a lengthy delay due to the backlog in the probate application process (which of course was no fault of In House). He even went out of his way to allow us access to the property on his way home (out of working hours) so we could assess any work that needed doing and get quotes from tradesmen, several times. It’s no exaggeration to say he went way above and beyond our expectations in terms of service. Whenever Jack was otherwise engaged, Philip (also an absolute diamond) would step in and was fully clued up on everything going on with our purchase. In House obviously run a very tight ship and are in close communication with each other to make sure their clients are looked after. Any time I had a query or needed them to speak to the sellers on my behalf all it took was a phone call or an email and I would have an update later that day to put my mind at ease, reassuring me that everything was in hand (which it was). That they managed to do this during a pandemic, combined with what I’d imagine must have been a huge amount of pressure and extra work resulting from the time-limited nature of the stamp duty freeze makes their service even more remarkable. Absolutely top notch. Moving house is a stressful situation at the best of times, let alone whilst there’s a plague going on, and I was bracing myself for an absolute nightmare. Thanks to Jack, Philip and everyone at In House, my blood pressure somehow remained relatively normal throughout, and they got the job done with minimal hassle. If you’re planning on moving house I strongly suggest you choose In House as your estate agents, either in the middle of a pandemic or not. No waffle, no bluster, just a team of thoroughly decent human beings who obviously take pride in their work and do everything they can to make sure your move goes as smoothly as possible. Thanks Jack, Philip and all at In House for your sterling service. Absolute legends.

In house are an amazing team of agents. Phillip, Diane and Jack all gave sound and valuable advice all the way through from day one to sale. There really is no better around the surrounding area. If you are looking to get the best value on house you can do no better than choosing In House.

The worst estate agents ever! And there’s been some runners up. Chancellors are the best at being this bad. Failed to provide video of property in the beginning. We ended up moving in without seeing the property. No end of badgering emails. As a tenant, if your employer moves your payday, ‘Chancellors don’t do bridging payments’ Instead you owe them at the end of the tenancy and will be in arrears until then as ‘you are contractually obliged’ to pay on that date. Chancellors reply to emails typically 3 weeks after being badgered themselves. Utterly unhelpful.

They specialize in making you feel insignificant and uninteresting, they also quite amazing in the art of "We don't care" and the "why are you bothering me?" Nothing will boost your confidence as a business looking for space more than a 20-40 second phone conversation with them, they so efficient in "showing you the door" that it will take you some time to recover from the "experience" Highly recommended to all masochistic out there :)

I found Kestrel at the Wallingford Branch a perfect delight to work with when I was selling my home. Kestrel was informed, prompt and enthusiastic about getting prospective purchasers to view. I always felt that she gave the extra mile in the entire process. Kestrel was available to speak to, at all times and was forth coming on feed back after each viewing, which I appreciated immensely. When the sale was achieved she continued to stay on the project seeing it through in great detail. I am certain that the purchaser felt the same way. The perfect go between to get the job accomplished.

Property transactions are rarely straightforward. Kestrel was on top of things at every step in the process chasing solicitors and overcoming each obstacle as it arose. She would always pick up the phone and was extremely helpful and effective throughout.

David led our sale and throughout has been easy to work with: polite and friendly; willing both to listen to our wishes and offer advice; and giving prompt and detailed feedback from viewings. He was proactive in trying new ideas and has maintained regular contact with both prospective buyers and us.
