A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Luke led us through a delicate process of negotiation and prolonged purchase issues in a way that really exceeded the expectations I have of estate agents. I purchased a house through Breckon and Breckon. The service was very impressive. I regularly spoke with Chris, Patrick and Luke over a complicated 7 months! Calls were always answered, they stayed in contact regularly and went above and beyond to help me rescue the situation when my own sale fell through via a different agent. They struck me as incredibly genuine, caring, honest and good people. I've recommmed them to lots of friends and I wouldn't hesitate to use them myself in the future.

Rented with bright properties for 18months in Oxford as part of a house share. Over the past decade I've had many landlords and these guys have been by far the best. Any problems Tom and Richard have sorted out ASAP and properly - not just a bodge job. Always provided us with due notice on works being carried out etc. Tenant turnover has been handled really well and they have made it very easy for us. Deposits have never been held back. Honestly refreshing to find some landlords who aren't simply looking for every angle to rip you off.

I've just ended almost three years letting a property managed by Bright properties and in all honesty it is the best experience I've had with letting agents and I've had to deal with a few over the years. They were responsive, helpful, things were fixed quickly (the shower broke and was replaced the same day) and were very friendly. I haven't been able to fault them. I had to move due to changing housing needs and had hoped that they may have had another property that suited my needs, but unfortunately I had to look elsewhere. I couldn't recommend them more, and I'm not someone who usually give recommendations.

It has been a real delight to rent through Bright Properties. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. Tom who has dealt with us through out the move has been exceptionally kind and made every effort to help us with everything we need.
