A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I dealt with Corina and Mr Sandwell when I was a student. Four friends and I were letting a house in Cowley. In my opinion, it was entirely unfit for habitation: damp, broken fixtures, security issues. We made repeated pleas with Corina and Mr Sandwell to have something done about the living conditions we were forced to endure. It never got better and I found their manner derisive, dismissive and bullying. I've never known such unprofessionalism and truly hope that no-one else has endure such in their lifetime.

Our move to Oxford happened very suddenly. It was shortly before the start of the school year and we quickly had to find a new home for a rather anxious teenager, about to start six form in a foreign country, and for ourselves. We stumbled upon the house we ended up renting through Hunters when looking at another property close-by. We fell in love with the house immediately but wouldn't have been able to get everything sorted without the generous, highly competent help of Corina. She not only quickly arranged a viewing for us but expertly steered us through the complicated process of renting the property. Throughout our three years of tenancy, we could always rely on her and her team. A broken boiler was quickly replaced, and Corina's help was invaluable when one Sunday morning the fire alarm system played up, bringing the entire neighbourhood to our door. Renting in Oxford can hardly be described as a pleasant experience: The housing market is brutal, prices are ridiculously high, and the rights of tenants are curtailed by laws which clearly favour landlords. However, Corina and her team never failed to patiently explain every option and every regulation and to help us make the most of our stay in this beautiful city. We can recommend Hunters wholeheartedly.

Had an amazing stay at a super convenient & super cute apartment in central Oxford through Nicholas Jones Residential lettings - I’m always travelling with work and Nick and his team are the most helpful, responsive & professional people I’ve ever used. Even from the initial call, it was just moments before everything was confirmed and in place, all questions answered before I’d asked them and everything just made really easy and simple so that I could get on and enjoy my stay in comfort.
