Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I cannot give any stars to chancellors

Tennants beware! We've waited over 4 weeks for an update on our deposit since vacating one of their properties. This was delayed because our landlords had conveniently gone on holiday. Chancellors have since responded and are currently trying to take £800+ in "maintenance costs". They didn't even send a breakdown or an itemised bill of these costs. It's another thing we've had to chase. They want a brand new toilet! A new bath panel! The house wasn't even that great of shape when we first moved in. There has been no deliberate damage caused to this property and after two years they should allow wear and tear. The things listed are very minor but are charging a small fortune. As tenants we don't feel as though we have any support from Chancellor's. We'll probably have to go through TDS of any chance of seeing our money back which will only drag out longer. This is a time where we need this money more than ever. We looked after this home as if it were our own and left it in the best possible condition we could. It was not perfect to start with and these charges are completely unreasonable. Please avoid.

Kayleigh and Rachel are without question the best Account Managers that we have ever had. Their professional conduct and consistent and professional communication is so valued and appreciated by my husband and I. We feel that they really know us and that our most valuable financial asset is important to them. They take the time to ensure we have high quality tenants and that the property is well cared for and maintained. They work so well as a team and ensure that if one is on leave the other is their to cover, this is so very much appreciated. Their knowledge on the local area and the rental market is second to none, they know all the stats and figures and gives us incredible confidence in their advice. They are a credit and a true asset to Chanellors.

I can definitely recommend the Chancellors in Kidlington if you are looking to rent in the area. They were very friendly, extremely helpful, and provided constant updates. We received far better service here than any other agent we tried, and can especially recommend them if you're having trouble finding a pet-friendly property, as they definitely go the extra mile to help you out. Special thanks to Kayleigh and Jack for looking after us.

We had a really good experience moving into a rental flat with Alistair Redhouse. We were tight for time moving and they did everything in their power to speed it up, ensuring that everything went as smoothly as possible. I’ve just completed my property sale with Alistair and his team and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and attention. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every email and phone call was treated with friendliness and professionalism. I was continually kept informed and updated about how my sale was proceeding. I wouldn’t use any estate agent and I highly recommend them. In my opinion they are simply the best.
