Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

I approached Chancellors Rental team in Headington, Oxford, after finding ourselves in a position of being given notice to leave the property we are currently renting. Olivia Barry opened the door to me already knowing our predicament and reassured me that she would support us, family of 4. She said she would email me that evening to start the process of finding a new rental property and she did. She has shown professionalism, empathy and care towards my family and had our interests in mind. For this we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to you Olivia. We would highly recommend Olivia to any potential Tenants looking to find a rental property. kind Regards, Becky.

One of the best estate agents in Oxford. Helping confused buyers can be frustrating and exhausting, but Mr Henry Foreman was very patient, kind, professional, and very responsive through out. Ever time we rang the office, if Me Foreman was not available, Jonathan and the team have a system in place where they knew who we were and what was the call regarding snd help was in hand anytime. I would highly recommend them without any reservations for all your property needs whether as a seller or as a buyer.

We just want to say a heartfelt thank you to all the members at Chancellors at Headington Branch from Alexander Bradley to Henry Foremen for their continuous support, professionalism, and their enduring understanding and passion to assist us to buy an ideal property. We lost on a property we really fell in love, then got in to a property that did not suit us well and backed out, now finally have found a property that we feel comfortable with, all with enduring help from Henry Foreman. From start to finish, Henry has forever provided us with a first rate service, without failing, no matter in the rain or shine . Their dedication, integrity and genuinity towards their clients is hard to find, has touched our hearts. We would like to come back to them again and again. Of course, we gladly recommend them anytime and to everyone! Happy Christmas and Thank you!

Super helpful. Oliver was one of the few Lettings people to keep in touch with me (I was looking to rent), rather than me have to chase everyone else. They were really helpful to connect me with their other offices for different regions too. Can’t recommend them enough.

The worst experience I've had with a letting agent. Having informed them at the very beginning that I didn't meet the affordability criteria, I was advised not to fill this part of the referencing application out. I was informed I passed referencing and everything seemed fine. Then, midway through the 530 mile journey to my new home (with my cat in tow), I received a phone call to say I'd failed referencing and would either have to reapply with a guarantor, or apply using a different company, or pay my entire contract (£9000 plus deposit) up front. A new reference wasn't guaranteed to come back in time, so my only option to definitely move in that day was to loan the money and pay my entire tenancy up front. After moving in, I discovered the property information pack supplied was full of errors and only served to confuse rather than inform me. I then had to report a swathe of issues which either hadn't been picked up during the inventory or had been picked up but not rectified. These included: – faulty washing machine – areas which hadn't been cleaned (including mould inside the washing machine) – broken light in the bathroom – broken shower bracket – leaking shower cubicle – bulbs needing to be replaced – 23 items of post not dealt with – thermostat batteries needing to be replaced – doorbell not working – staining between upstairs window panes due to faulty double glazing seal Furthermore, it was a condition of my offer on the property that the landlord would consider requests to add new tenants to the agreement. Having made such a request just over 7 weeks ago, we are only now finalising the process, during which time I've had to pay full rent on an expensive property. Now, over 8 weeks into my tenancy, some of the electrical issues remain unresolved. An electrician was supposed to visit today, but he hasn't contacted me to explain his absence (it's currently 6pm). Having looked him up on Yell.com, his rating is 1/5 with both reviews reporting him being aggressive. To Scott Fraser's credit, staff have been friendly, and, having lodged a formal complaint, the issues I've reported are finally being dealt with, but it's frustrating it's taken this long and required so many phone calls and emails.

Initial thoughts: It's my first time renting, but they've made it easy! They've been quick to respond and very helpful. We ended up having lots of issues and unreasonable negotiations with the landlord though. A lot of it was not their fault but the communication could have been much better.

I am currently looking for a new home in Oxford and have recently contacted Scott Fraser in Headington. I spoke with Natasha King who was incredibly helpful, very professional and friendly. I felt Natasha fully understood my needs and offered plenty of very helpful advice. True to her word, I very quickly started receiving emails with potential offers and I am confident Scott Fraser will do all they can to help me find my new home. I feel Natasha is a true credit to Scott Fraser.

We are looking forward to moving into our rental this Friday - Paige and Natasha have kept things moving which has meant a quick turnaround from viewing to the tenancy starting (which was essential for us as we were completing on our house sale) and have got everything in order within a few days. A really slick process and fab service, which is an excellent sign as SF will be managing the property too. Thanks all.

Extremely competent, professional, quick and reliable. Thoroughly recommend Scott Fraser! Catherine (Sales) was very helpful in advising on the sale of our property. She responded quickly and helping to sort out issues on the way. Thank you!

This agent uses discriminatory practices that make securing housing, something all of us need and deserve, nearly impossible for those on benefits. The way these agency treats people is honestly despicable. "No DSS" practices were ruled to be illegal and while they may not explicitly state they won't rent to those on benefits, I know that if landlords don't want tenants on benefits, Finders Keepers will be complicit in that dissemination and turn away hard working people seeking housing.

Chelsea Hothem, 08 Jun 2021

Throughout 10 years of renting with agencies, I had all sorts of tiny troubles and obviously every agency wants to profit from the tenant by charging the deposit in the end – but boy this has been the worst possible agency I’ve ever dealt with. Due to the fact that I and my partner did not take any pictures at the beginning of the tenancy and just accepted the given inventory check-in, where the photographs were taken from far away not showing any marks or blemishes on the furniture etc. We were ripped off at the check out. The check in was done by an independent party, the check out – this agency prefers to rip off the tenant by doing the check out themselves with the landlord. Considering the fact that we had huge issues over the course of the tenancy where the agency neglected us for 6-8 months (no response to emails about flooded bedrooms, sinks, broken showers etc) and we were flooded in 2/3 rooms of the flat, they charged the landlord who had to pay us for the unused rooms (weeks’ worth of money, not 8 months). Obviously, the landlord wanted that money back in the end – so they charged us ridiculous moneys in the end at the check out. We gained nearly nothing after going through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme as we did not take zoomed in pictures at the check in. Check out images provided were zoomed in 5x closer than the check-in where some images were missing and were never provided as proof. The agency also lied to us about not receiving the emails about the flooded bedrooms, only to later for their IT to find out that one of the assistants deleted the emails. We lost £650 from our deposit at the check out. Initially, the agency wanted to charge us £850. Anyway, this is truly the worst agency I have ever dealt with, they lie, do not reply to emails, and make sure to rip you off to the fullest. I would steer clear.

I was a tenant with Finders Keepers for 6 and a half years and in that time, my experience with Adrian, other members of the letting team in Headington and their contractors was always professional, polite, very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this team to both landlords and tenants. In my opinion, for good quality and peace of mind, you won’t find a better team in Oxford.

I could not recommend the Headington Oxford team more! The team is very helpful, and very nice! They definitely top the list for me! they also gave me welcome flowers and chocolate which I thought was very sweet. they have been very responsive and have answered all the questions I had in a timely manner.

Emma Stevens of Finders Keepers was excellent in helping us secure a rental property from abroad. This had the potential to be complicated but Emma and her team handled this in a proffessional and friendly manner. She was very swift at responding to all our questions and helped facilitate this move seamlessly. Very impressed!

Andrews Lettings has excellent customer service. My wife and I rented one of their properties in Oxford and lived in it for a period of 7.5 years. Andrews ensured that repair works and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. Also, at the end of our tenancy, the full rent deposit was paid to us. I recommend Andrews Lettings to anyone who may need their services.

Debby Dee was so kind and helpful today and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She really values her clients and colleagues and is a credit to Andrews. Thank you so much Debby for your kindness and especially during these stressful times. I wish her all the best in her career she deserves to succeed in anything she aims for.

We had a great experience with Liam Salhotra in Andrews . We were moving from another city to Oxford and I can definitely say if Liam doesn’t help us to find a property and in the process of renting we could not do that at all. I really recommend Andrews and especially Liam who was very helpful and responsive and responsible. I was lucky to find them!😌

Our over all experience with Andrews has been hit and miss at times. However our dealings with Debby at the end of our tenancy has been hassle free and easy. She's been prompt in getting back to us, helpful and made everything run smoothly. Thank you Debby!

Debby has been great! We have had mixed experiences with Andrews in the 12 months we have been tenants, including some rather frustrating times and errors being made. Debby however was prompt, accurate, helpful and courteous and made dealing with Andrews so much easier! Thank you!
