A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Davis Tate have been amazing, from letting us a property 2 years ago, through the tenancy, and then buying our own property with them . From check in to check out, and buying through to completion. They are friendly, helpful, informative and so very easy to talk to and ask those questions you need to ask. The entire staff are amazing , and I would really recommend them , but in particular my thanks go out to Matt, Sallie and Tanya for going above and beyond with their care, due diligence and support. Plus their conveyancing team with Karen were effortless and efficient too.

Davis Tate acted swiftly to send an engineer over within hours of reporting a faulty pump and shower over the bank holiday weekend. I had received both an email and phone call to advise me the engineer would be over shortly. All services were fully restored on the same day. The speed of execution to rectify issues when reporting a problem with Davis Tate is first class.
