Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Lovely estate agents, I ended up buying one of the properties they showed me. They were very helpful as this was my first time buying a property. After the offer was was accepted rafael showed me round several more times and answered all my questions. I really appreciated how they went to so much trouble to fit me in for weekend appointments as I have limited availability. And once the offer was accepted i had dawn as my case handler who rang me every few weeks to check in and give me updates.

After moving house many times in the past Church Robinson are the best estate agents I have used. I would recommend Courtney who was a professional and very friendly asset to the team. She made the whole process go along very smoothly and painlessly. Following the initial phone call she promptly arranged a suitable time with myself to supply a valuation, took some very appealing photographs of the house and brought it to market very quickly with a great valuation which she helped us to achieve! Cath was great with communication keeping me updated with news on the viewings at every stage. With such a great team of people, I will definitely be using them again. Thank you all at Church Robinson. 5*

My wife & I would like to thank Martha, Lucy & Vanessa for the job well done for getting us a befitting accommodation. The team is very friendly, helpful and professional. I strongly recommend Church Robinson Estate agents to help you in all aspects of buying, selling or looking for a property to rent. Best Regards

I’ve just completed a purchase through Church Robinson and have been extremely impressed with the service and responsiveness. Dawn needs a special mention for keeping on top of solicitors who seem to do their best to slow the process down. I could do with her twice weekly reminders to keep my own affairs moving! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Church Robinson in future.

Outstanding customer service !! The whole Team from lettings to Selling are incredible friendly and very helpful. We went through a very difficult time as a House buy fell through (with a different Estate Agent )last year and we needed to find a new House for us . I called church Robinson and viewed the Property I was interested in a few times. We put an offer down and rented until completion. All emails and phone calls I have made towards church Robinson have been answered immediately. Nothing was to much. I even felt at times that the Selling Team has pushed my own solicitor to speed up the process. Highly recommend!!

Terrible experience, I would not recommend them at all! I offered on a property and was told there was no chain, after weeks of chasing for an update or an exchange date, I found out there was in fact a chain, but the agent had no details. I felt that I was misled multiple times as to the sellers situation, and the timeline for the purchase. They also refused to show the property as under offer on selling sites, despite being asked multiple times. I lost all confidence in them and withdrew from the sale, which then led to a man from the Didcot office calling me and proceeding to be extremely rude to me on the phone. I would NOT RECOMMEND using chancellors Didcot at all, deeply unprofessional.

Awful from start to finish. Shame I couldn't run this into negative stars. In trying to find a property they consistently sent 5am emails about properties that weren't even close to the criteria, that should have been a sign of things to come. On viewing properties they turn up late, with no knowledge of what it is they're trying to sell, and attempt to cover up obvious flaws/faults with awful sales patter. Had to consistently chase them for finalised paperwork once we'd found a property (Emphasis on "we", as they were busy spamming us junk mail we found one that fitted all criteria that they'd copletely missed). They consistently emailed some random guy who had a vaguely similar email multiple times, and even when told they were sending my details to an unknown 3rd party, continued to do so (Breach of GDPR). On moving day, trying to extract the key from them was like pulling teeth as they hadn't a clue what was going on and were virtually unaware of the property even existing, let alone where the keys for it were. The icing on the cake was trying to exit. I had to leave the rental property due to domestic abuse, so they attempted to charge me £50 for the privilege. Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere.

Alexia Grace, 12 Jan 2021

Just awful. You can't speak to someone in office to book a viewing, it is some head office somewhere who have no idea about the properties you're interested in, they turn up late to viewings, they don't ask for feedback after viewings, and most importantly they over price their houses!

We recently used Chancellors in Didcot to move to a rented property and were very impressed with the personal service we received. Tom and Jack were great, we mainly liaised with Tom and he was proactive and updated us at every stage at such a challenging time with the COVID virus. In my short experience with letting agents in Didcot I think Chancellors and more specific Tom are a credit to the service, we experienced very poor service from other agents in the area and it was a welcome surprise to us that Tom and Chancellors were so proactive and caring. I would not hesitate to use the branch again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

From the initial contact with reference to a viewing to the process of application and referencing, Allen and Harris provide an excellent and professional service. Our initial contact was with Ben Shaw whom provided a personable and very thorough first stage with the viewing. Ben ensured that the property we were interested in was a perfect match for us and the landlord. Every step was thorough and we were guided all the way. Once application approved, we then worked with Jack Woodhouse who oversees the referencing and paperwork stages. Again, Jack provided a personable and step by step guide to the process. At all times we were able to contact both Ben and Jack with any questions. This was reassuring and has made the process stress free! I would highly recommend Allen and Harris and would certainly use again for both rental and future sales. Shelley and Danny Gent

Excellent service from start to finish. As soon as we got in touch with them for rental service everything moved on professionally, efficiently and effectively. We found them very prompt in responding to our queries and responsive in organising the matters that needed to be done. We will be pleased to have their service again.

Patrick and Julian from Allen & Harris Didcot were excellent in the sale of our house. They suggested a higher selling price than their competitors and provided a great service throughout, especially after our letting agents completely lost interest the day after our tenants moved out! They stepped in to help with keys, letters and checking the heating was set during the freeze (we live 100 miles away so weren't able to sort this). The buyers pushed for a fast completion and Julian spent 3 hours helping clear our final possessions over the weekend. Highly recommended.

We are so grateful to the Allen and Harris Didcot branch and mainly Patrick Dyer who helped us in purchasing our first property. As first time buyers, everything was new to us and Patrick guided us through the process providing advice at every step of the way, even outside of working hours! We had a few hurdles to overcome and at times it felt like it wasn’t going to happen but Patrick gave us confidence and advice throughout that he was doing everything he could behind the scenes to allow us to get that dream home! Most importantly he communicated with us and kept us up to date every step of the way, he was the one person that when he said he would call back - you would get that call and wasn’t left waiting!! We would like to say a big thank you to Patrick and all involved in our purchase, Gemma and Julian - everyone was so friendly and lovely and we will certainly recommend and use you guys again in the future!! 😁

5 stars for James and his team, I would highly recommend them! The whole team are professional, enthusiastic and driven, and James in particular was always available to talk to when I needed reassurance or updates at any stage. There were difficulties with this move, but James met them head-on each time and always provided a solution. We are now in our perfect house! Thank you James!

James and his team were amazing and worth every penny when they sold my house. James worked tenaciously on the sale keeping me up to date every step of the way. I had recently changed from another larger estate agent who were absolutely rubbish and I am so glad that I did. You cannot beat the personal service that James gives. Even after my sale had exchanged James continued to help me , successfully, to get my onward purchase completed. I cannot say anything but positive things about James and his team and recommend them to anyone either buying or selling a property. 12 out of 10. Thank you James. Carol

In House not only made our recent house move as smooth as possible they also gave us the confidence to move house. From start to finish we were provided with daily support. The entire process was very quick and with the support of the Sales Progression team everything went to plan. I couldn't rate In House highly enough, the entire team were amazing.

Keely Ring, 17 May 2021

We recently completed our purchase through In House and I cannot say enough good things about them. We received absolutely first class service from start to finish, and I feel very lucky that In House happened to be the estate agents handling the purchase of the property we fell in love with. Jack was our “go to guy” and he was in constant contact with us throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way and tenaciously managing every moving part, without us ever left wondering where things were or feeling like we were forgotten about, even during a lengthy delay due to the backlog in the probate application process (which of course was no fault of In House). He even went out of his way to allow us access to the property on his way home (out of working hours) so we could assess any work that needed doing and get quotes from tradesmen, several times. It’s no exaggeration to say he went way above and beyond our expectations in terms of service. Whenever Jack was otherwise engaged, Philip (also an absolute diamond) would step in and was fully clued up on everything going on with our purchase. In House obviously run a very tight ship and are in close communication with each other to make sure their clients are looked after. Any time I had a query or needed them to speak to the sellers on my behalf all it took was a phone call or an email and I would have an update later that day to put my mind at ease, reassuring me that everything was in hand (which it was). That they managed to do this during a pandemic, combined with what I’d imagine must have been a huge amount of pressure and extra work resulting from the time-limited nature of the stamp duty freeze makes their service even more remarkable. Absolutely top notch. Moving house is a stressful situation at the best of times, let alone whilst there’s a plague going on, and I was bracing myself for an absolute nightmare. Thanks to Jack, Philip and everyone at In House, my blood pressure somehow remained relatively normal throughout, and they got the job done with minimal hassle. If you’re planning on moving house I strongly suggest you choose In House as your estate agents, either in the middle of a pandemic or not. No waffle, no bluster, just a team of thoroughly decent human beings who obviously take pride in their work and do everything they can to make sure your move goes as smoothly as possible. Thanks Jack, Philip and all at In House for your sterling service. Absolute legends.

Highly recommend In House Estate Agents, an excellent service from beginning to end. As first time landlords, Jon at In House provided us with great advice and support, throughout the process and found our perfect tenant within a couple of days of being on the market. From our first appointment all the way through to completion Davis Tate have been excellent, we cannot fault them . Responding to queries and providing feedback quickly by both phone and email, repeatedly chasing the other parties agent and solicitor, providing market advise on properties we were considering for purchase.

Brian Barrett, 14 Jun 2021

My partner and I are first time buyers and as such we have spoken to a number of different local estate agents. Davis Tate have been head and shoulders above the rest with regards to customer service and general ease of transaction. We have been dealing predominately with David who has been excellent, nothing is too much hassle and he is very quick to respond to questions and action offers. Having said this, we have dealt with Giselle for some viewings who has been very easy to deal with and both are able to simplify the whole house buying situation without making you feel stupid! The virtual viewing option is superb, allows you to understand the layout of the property without needing to actually view. We found having the estate agent on hand to talk us around the property really useful. Not only this, a link to the viewing is sent to you to view at your own leisure and share with family/friends to get some opinions before going for a viewing in person. Having this has really helped us figure out what we want from a property and intern, make a decision on a property offer. Physical viewing of the properties again has been second to none. In current climate they are obviously very Covid-19 aware with hand sanitizing required on entering and exiting the property. Both David and Giselle were great during the viewings. There was not any 'hard sale pitch' from either agent. Instead they allowed us to look around the property at our own pace and were on hand to answer any questions that we had. After viewing it was refreshing that they were not straight on the phone asking what we thought of the properties but allowed us the time to discuss between ourselves. Whilst writing this review I actually received a call from David stating that our offer had been accepted on the property that we wanted. From this point David told us what would be required in terms of various forms of ID. We knocked on the office door with our paperwork and Matt assisted in scanning it all across, again great interaction and service from all at Davis Tate. We would have no hesitation at all on recommending Davis Tate for first time buyers. The process has been clear, simple and painless as possible. This is predominately due to the refreshing honesty, integrity and expert level of service we have received at Davis Tate.

I recently purchased a property with Davis Tate and I would thoroughly recommend their services. David Wrigley, the branch manager, was an exceptionally kind individual who helped me through my purchase in a very limited timeframe (due to my original house purchase falling through). He really listened to what I needed in my house purchase and gave me advice taking into account of my circumstances. Sarah from the team was also very helpful in finding a document that my solicitors needed out of her dedication to the job. I also really liked that they would send you a video tour of the house that you are interested in viewing before booking you onto a physical viewing (which started due to covid I believe) and that was really informative. Davis Tate in Didcot is a friendly, approachable, and communicative estate agent which delivered more than I could ask for. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I bought 2 properties recently that were sold through Davis Tate and I found them extremely helpful in arranging viewings and subsequently throughout the conveyancing process. I have also begun using Davis Tate as a lettings agent and feel very fortunate to have done so. Matt (lettings manager) and David (branch manager) are super helpful and they have what I have found to be sorely lacking with some agents I have dealt with - knowledge, experience, honesty and a friendly way of working with people. Letting with them is made so simple, and any queries I have are always dealt with quickly. They are always on hand to advise no matter when or what, and dealing with them is always a pleasure Overall, highly recommended as both estate agents and letting agents.

Ian Fearon, 26 Feb 2021

I would like to recognize a great support from David Wrigley despite the fact that we did not transact for a possible property purchase with him. His candid and unreserved advise alerted us to an element of UK SDLT that we were not aware of at all. This was a great insight that has allowed us to reflect on our financial numbers for a possible purchase in a completely different way and not only that he has guided us on certain other aspects of property purchase in UK as we have moved from overseas and lack the necessary knowledge about the property market dynamics and purchase process in the UK. His help and advice beyond any direct personal gain and benefit is not only highly commendable but is rare in so many ways in todays times. Thank You David as it is much appreciated.

This agency resembles the height of unprofessionalism. The agent did not turn up at all to the scheduled viewing, which was confirmed in writing several days prior to the appointment. The agency did not respond to three (3) telephone calls following up on the agent's no-show. After waiting over 20 minutes at the property, I decided to call it quits and go home. Tardiness is unacceptable in real estate agents. This is especially so, given that the property in question (on Banbury Road) is only a few blocks away from their office on Walton Well Road. I arranged my day around this appointment, rescheduling appointments to make the viewing fit. They disrespected me by not showing up. An agency that shows no respect to its customers does not deserve its customers' patronage. Stay away and find a more professional letting agency.

When I was a tenant, they often came in with little notice. Recently, a group of friends and I decided to view a new property in Oxford. The agent just didn't show up at all! There was no message or apology afterwards. We were just forgotten about. Perhaps they found a more lucrative tenant, but it's still nice to be told that the viewing is off rather than just ignoring you and not turning up.

The team of Thomas Merrifield Lettings went out of their way to help me with the initial viewing and paper work remotely (two years ago…pre-covid…when it wasn’t common!). During my 2 years of residential tenancy, all interactions with the staff and contractors were professional and polite. All their written and oral communications were clear (regarding maintenance, incidental repairs and inspections). They truly take care of their properties and tenants. The entire experience was pleasant. Highly recommended.

Recently left rented accommodation with Parkway Lettings. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I approached them after a stressful couple of years, with less than favourable circumstances, but David and the team were very understanding and did absolutely everything they could to understand my situation. Rented with parkway for just over two years and allways found them to incredably easy to work with. Having previously had issues with lack lustre estate agents who were slow to deal with major issues, the speed with which parkway dealt with minor maintenance issues was a welcome change (we usually saw Mick the maintenance guy within a day or so). Inspections and viewing where allways worked around us. Both at the start and finish or our tenancy with them they arranged with the previous tenant and the land lord to change our move in and out day to make it easier for us (they worked with the previous tank and to get us in a couple days earlier to coincide with our move out from previous flat and asked an extension from land lord to give us more time to search for a new home). All in all me and my wife really go on well with parkway and were a little bit sad to leave them.
