A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Extremely disappointed with the communication, over 30 unreturned phone calls, no updates, and out of date information given often when we were contacted. As buyers, we ended up having to do a lot of the leg work. The poor seller wasn't made aware of their obligations, leading to them having to leave work to provide documents on more than one occasion, that should have been organised months before. As people, I always thought the Chancellor's staff were trying to be helpful when we managed to contact them, but the unacceptable levels of communication made a no chain purchase take 51 weeks from when the offer was first accepted. Due to Covid19, we were prepared for delays, but I do not feel that this excuses months at a time without correspondence.

Lara, the Sales Manager at Chancellors doesn't know a thing about customer service. Very unprofessional and the way the she speaks to people is terrible. Doesn't know the correct information about the law of lettings at all. Very rude.

I am using my daughter's account for this review. I would like to say that in my property search since March I found Alice Rench the most helpful, professional and pleasant person to deal with out of all the agents I encountered on the way. We have recently had a valuation on our property by Chancellors in Chipping Norton and were very impressed by the professionalism and attitude of Patrick, the Branch Manager. He appreciated the style and character of the property and the work that had been done. He offered very competitive terms of business and was extremely confident about their abilities to achieve a sale at a realistic price. His valuation was in line with what we thought was the market value of our house. We decided to go ahead and give this company the opportunity to market the property. Patrick introduced us to Emma Stefanko, their Senior Sales Negotiator who came out to the house and we discussed the appropriate strategy. She suggested holding an open day after they had carried out some marketing activity. Emma, a delightful and very experienced person asked to carry out all the viewings, freeing us from this task. On the day we had five viewings and two offers, the lowest offer was at the asking price. Needless to say the house is sold! All within a few weeks of first contacting Chancellors. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone we have met have offered outstanding levels of customer service, being truly interested in helping us achieve our objectives. Nothing has been too much trouble, and Emma and Patrick deserve particular mention for their support and advice throughout the process to date!

Yet again I have been very pleased with the level of service I got with King and Woolley. I purchased a property about 6 years ago and I found them honest ,easy to deal with and above all not pushy. I dealt with a couple of the other well known estate agents and i have found them to be hungry for the sale and not interested in the client. King and Woolley have advertised and found new tenants for a rental property i own and the whole process went smoothly and above all very quick and i cant recommend them enough ,i will definitely be using them again in the future.

I've let a house locally from King and Woolley for 4 years now and have found everyone we've had contact with to be friendly, professional and responsive. It's definitely been the best experience we've ever had with an Estate Agent's. Marian recently went to great lengths to identify the right services to help us free a trapped bird from the chimney - glad to say it emerged alive and well!

We've used Fairfax to both buy and sell property in Charlbury. Their service is excellent. Their local knowledge of the property market is second to none. Matthew Reynolds has helped us a great deal over the years both buying and selling in Charlbury. His customer service is excellent and he is always available to discuss any issues. The relationship with Shaw & Co solicitors is also extremely useful as there is always first rate conveyancing advice immediately to hand. I can't recommend Fairfax highly enough if you are looking to buy or sell in Charlbury.
