A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Having used Chancellors for a valuation when buying a property from a family member almost 5 years ago I am still getting calls about my property plans. I emailed them last week requesting my right to be forgotten and to have all details removed from their systems. They're obviously desperate for business as I have had 2 calls again from them!

Five Star Service Ian and the rest of the team at Chancellors - Carterton have made the whole process of marketing our house right through to the sale extremely stress free. We have been really impressed with their professionalism throughout. The communication has been great too, keeping us informed every step of the way. The timescale from putting our house on the market to agreeing an offer has been less than a couple of months and we couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend them.

If you live next door to a David ritchings let then you could be in trouble, don’t listen to any complaints even when health and safety laws are been broken by their tenants, we live in a block of flats where smoking is not allowed through the whole premises. After a six months of complaint they haven’t done a thing , would you trust them to sell your house , I don’t think so

By far worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Rented out a house to us in an unsatisfactory condition. Screws and loose brickwork left where the conservatory was torn down just prior to us moving in. Even left a radiator exposed to the elements that probably heated up half of carterton. The single pane glass windows and a door that should only be used for interior application resulted in the kitchen and downstairs area being noticeably cold over the winter months! White goods not provided even though the house was advertised with them. David richings showed zero obligation to help put things right! Terrible customer service....Avoid!!!

Dawn & Pauline go above and beyond to help. They are friendly, quick and very communicative. I cannot fault their service. This was our first property purchase and they walked us through it step by step offering advice and information. More so than we received from our solicitors! I would use David Richings now everytime and when we eventually decide to put our new property on the market we will be sure to use them, as they were so informed about the property itself, the market and were very professional and easy to communicate with. So pleased with our new property. 😁
