Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Benjamin Stevens is very irresponsive, irresponsible and has neglected my complaints for near to three months. Seemingly after successfully charging the money, the agent just turns face cold and acts arrogantly. He disregarded my complaints about personal injury and failed housekeeping service. This is my west rental experience, unbelievable. I do feel a sense of racism from Benjamin too.

We recently have let a property through Chancellors in Botley and have dealt with them several times over the past few years. This time round we've been dealing with Ben Stevens and have found him to be extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. As a review of this branch, I cannot fault the service I have received from both Michael in sales and Ben on the lettings side. Whilst I would not endorse Chancellors as a company, I have realised that all the issues and incompetence I have experienced come from their 'back office' or central teams. Luckily my contacts at the Botley branch are now my 'go to'. Having bought my first house from Michael in 2009, I subsequently let it through Chancellors in Botley too. Being honest, at the beginning the service I received wasn't great, but since Ben Stevens has been my contact, things have improved considerably. Both Ben and Michael are friendly, professional and incredibly responsive, both on the phone and on email. I am now working with them on selling my rented out property, and they have made a potentially complex process quite simple.

I have been delighted with the services afforded to me as a landlord by Benjamin Stevens. Ben managed several changes of tenant for me over several years and was always excellent in every way-responsive, proactive, efficient and totally pleasant to deal with. He made every transaction stress free, was always available to help and went out of his way to make things work. I would use him again at the drop of a hat and recommend him to anyone looking for a great lettings agent. A class act.

Do not rent using this agency! They do not fix anything unless you report it multiple times and only fix about 10% of the problems you report. Most of the time you get excuses and requests for pictures. Do not expect full refund of deposit, and expect lots of wierd requests such as photos of your final bills. Do not expect them to do what they say, get everything in writing. Best to rent from other agency!!!!

Overall good quality lettings, tried to deal with any landlord / tenant issues amicably. Did not like the original £96 referencing fee for our dog (not sure what reference was for....?) These fees are now fortunately banned by the government

Having been with quite a few toxic letting agents in Oxford over the years, Portfolio are a really nice breath of fresh air. We've been with them for a year and we're moving on to another property with them. They've always been responsive to maintenance issues, are happy to talk to you when you need help, and genuinely seem to care about their tenants and landlord's properties. They're very clear about money matters, as well as their expectations for the property after moving out. Look after your house and be respectful to their team, and they will do the same in return.
