I sold my house through Chancellors, picking them over purple bricks because of how approachable and honest I found Dan, and my choice was vindicated by a swift sale. All the way through he was communicative and easy to get hold of, and we managed to sell in a weekend because of his proactive approach getting prospective buyers in. Very pleased with the whole service.

Alistair and Dan have been fantastic from start to finish. We started with a different agent and didn't get anywhere and had very poor communication. With Chancellors it was the opposite, weekly updates with breakdown of stats and good contact with Dan throughout. I would highly recommend them. Everyone of the team that I had contact with gave a professional and helpful service. Dan was in contact with us during the sale process and even when the sale went through was there to help as and when I needed it. Could not fault them at all. Great team.

We really liked the house and ours was not quite selling, so we agreed to list our house with Chancellors. Alistair came over, he was clear, open and honest, which we really liked and found refreshing, so we agreed to sign up. Our original Viewing of our now new home, was with Pharez. Pharez is really personable and well presented, and is a knowledgeable chap with a really likeable character. He communicates Very well, and does what he says he is going to do. While recently moving out of a property that Emma Kepinski helped to place us in many years ago, I had to go through some old emails to retrieve some documents. I was reminded of how smoothly and professionally the entire process had been handled back then, and how little trouble I ran into at any point during it, even though it involved a fairly blind move out of London and into Bicester. At the time, I hadn't thought too much about it, precisely because nothing went wrong, and nothing was ever unpleasant. I would not normally write anything positive about a UK letting agency or one of its agents, but this case is different. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Emma as a letting agent. (As the property was let but not managed, I can't make any comment on the quality of maintenance by this branch.)

My wife and I recently moved to the UK and embarked on the task of finding a property to rent. Yes there are some great agents out there however our experience with Finders Keepers was superb! Helen Reeves assisted us with the viewing, negotiation and contracting for our dream house after so many scary viewings! Helen was professional, efficient and truly the guiding light we needed in this completely new process. On successful completion of the agreements etc Helen handed us over to our managing agent Richard Piercy who has been nothing short of incredible! From welcoming, advising and assisting with a minor issue relating to a kitchen appliance. The mentioned issue was reported to Richard and within a day he had response and commitment from the landlord to investigate further. All in all it only took a day to resolve and we were back up and running. To be honest as a family we are so happy to have signed up with Finders Keepers Bicester and hoping we remain in this home with the team for sometime ahead.
