3 letting agents in Whitstable

Based on my call and response from the person I spoke too it was not good. I have been told they manage some land at the rear of properties locally and all I did was tell them about a vehicle that appears to have been dumped there. I was asked 'who's it was?' If I knew that I would have asked them to move it. Then the killer answer. ' I will look into it when I get round to it' If they don't manage the land, tell me. Council not interested as it was them that directed me to the estate agent. Its a flat bed truck that blocks vehicle access. Disappointed that an estate agent talks to people like this. One day I'll move and thankfully I have a choice where to market my property.

Have rented a lovely apartment off of this local estate agents and I cannot flaw the service and professionalism. Every (if any) query about the property was dealt with quickly and as efficiently as possible and I felt at ease throughout my tenancy. Definitely better than the bigger estate agents.

Quite simply the worse letting agent I have ever dealt with. Rude staff and arrogant approach to letting. Would not return my deposit and took me nearly 3 weeks to only get back half after stupid costs and fabricated reasons to not return my deposit. BEWARE AND AVOID AND ALL COSTS

Watch yourselves with these bent agents . They act nice as pie but they are crooked, and they WILL rip you off in any way they get a chance. You will pay for bills from before you move in and after you move out if you don't protect yourself. They will rip you off for your deposit, and they use a deposit scheme that's weighted to the landlords so that's as good as throwing your money down a drain. AVOID like a bad smell.

Rented an apartment in the centre of canterbury for a little over 2yrs. As a younger professional I have had some bad experiences with awful letting agents, Martin & Co being particularly bad. The team at Let Solutions are responsive and my rent was incredibly reasonable for the location. They always respected my privacy and the upkeep of the apartment was immaculate. Best experience by far!

Lovely estate agents who we have let 2 properties from over the last 5 years. Both have been lovely flats, they have said they would only let out properties which they would be happy to live in themselves. That's the way it should be. Excellent and personal customer service, they look out for you.
