A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I recently moved into a lovely new home with my partner. The whole process was made so easy thanks to Ellis and Co. We got a viewing very quickly which was great considering the circumstances with covid. We were showed round by Lynne who was more than helpful. Daisy was also great throughout our move in process, always contactable to answer any questions we had in the lead up to us moving in.

Amazing Estate Agency, very professional and responsive, I had no luck this time (as a Tenant) but other Estate Agents should learn from them how to treat customers :) They took all my details/circumstances, honestly told me about my chances. They tried to call me later 3 times (even if I was unsuccessful) and I got an e-mail later and also gave me some advice for the future. 10 Stars! :)

An easy to deal with company. The team have been very helpful over the last 6 months it has taken to sell my deceased mother's house. They have done a good job, especially when taking lockdown into consideration. The sale process has been very tricky at times. I asked them to recommend a solicitor and was very pleased with the one chosen.

Awful experience and I warn all prospective tenants against using this agency. Throughout the application process we were met with complete disdain, and the lettings negotiator was dismissive and patronising. The process was excessive and stressful, and to add insult to injury, they take a £323 "week's holding deposit". This is non refundable, despite 2 out of 3 of us passing referencing. Being a tenant all my life, I have never had to pay a "week's holding deposit" before. They didn't even warn us that there was a deadline with the HomeLet application, and therefore my partner could not add his tax return or amend his application. Therefore leading us to fail and taking our money and withdrawing our application. The house was then put back on the market online 10 minutes after we had been sent an email stating our application had been withdrawn. Bit of a money maker I think, and judging by the reviews below, I make my judgement correct. I think it was a very lucky escape not going through with the application with this company, given the amount of negative reviews and descriptions listed below. Warning!

We were very happy with the standard of service provided, particularly by Lauren Hares. The house was let very quickly, we were provided with an excellent tenant, all the paperwork was dealt with efficiently, the company arranged to have the electricity checked and they could not have been more helpful.

I have let my property in Maidstone through Ashton Burkinshaw three times. I have always found them to be highly responsive and professional and have found good tenants. Luke Wilday who dealt with the latest re-let has been absolutely fantastic. He had found a tenant within two hours of the property being re-marketed, referencing was done quickly, and the new tenant moved in almost immediately after the previous one vacated, resulting in zero avoidable void days. Luke kept me updated throughout the process. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Ashton Burkinshaw.

Myself & my partner had been wanting to move house, however because of personal circumstances, we kept putting it off for about a year, due to being worried about added stresses. This was until we had fallen in love with a house that we now live in.. Emma (Tonbridge branch) had been (and continues to be) such an amazing help. We've been looked after so well from the start, during & after our move. We've never experienced such a 'stress free' move! Communication is always on point, any questions or queries we have had has always been dealt with immediately, & never have we felt like a 'burden' when we've enquired about something. I've never seen a company speak so highly of their company, & their landlords which made us put all our faith into them, very professional! I would highly recommend! We have told all our friends & family about how amazing Ashton Burkinshaw has been, & especially how helpful, + wonderful Emma has been. For us, this wasn't just a ' house move', & you have made it even more memorable for us. We cannot thank you all enough. Matt & Ruby. X

Jack Charles sold our property for us and we have nothing but praise for their service. They don't feel like your ordinary estate agents. They really cared and their communication and going above and beyond to get everything done was absolutely excellent. We just bought a house through Jack Charles and i cant explain how happy we are. The team really helped us get through this deal liaising with the vendor as there were some hiccups (in-fact a-lot) but at the end the whole team worked really hard to secure us this house. I highly recommend them and really am thankful for their effort.

We are in our forever home thanks to JackCharles! The team worked really hard on both our sale and purchase as it was far from a smooth ride due to factors outside any of our control, however the team remained professional and the challenges were overcome. When there were pressing matters, we even had email responses far outside of ‘working hours’, as the senior team are dedicated to their business. They undertook all of our viewings for our sale and were accommodating when we viewed properties. If needed they prompted solicitors to keep momentum for the chain. On completion day we were able to collect our new keys swiftly. One grateful and very happy family :D

I recently bought a house and I am selling mine through Jack Charles. They were very helpful at each stage of the process, providing advice and assistance, keeping the communication flow with the vendor and all other parties.
