Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Hopeless! I was told they had a long list of investors registered which they did not. Complete lack of urgency to market. Very poor standard of communication. No suitable buyers found. They continued marketing for months after I had instructed to stop. I spoke to an administrator to complain (the negotiator I was dealing with had left and I hadn't been told) and we arranged an appointment for the manager to call me but he did not I contacted the director for that branch to complain but had no response. I've come across some useless estate agents but these are gold standard dreadful. Absolutely appalling. 1 star is being generous. Should be a minus rating.

Miles and Barr have honestly been exceptional. From the valuer being ever so personal in helping me sell my first home and guiding me through the whole process. Then finding me a buyer in the first week that was looking to move down from London through their relocation agent network and achieving above asking price made me buy my dream home and honestly would not have been able to do this without the whole team. The after care from sales progression team through these tough unprecedented times has also been very helpful and keeping me up to date and guiding me through the paperwork for my new purchase. Most of all thank you so much to James Sayer the in house mortgage adviser who managed to find me an exclusive rate that my own bank could not even offer me. Which reduced the monthly repayments so much that he has literally changed the lifestyle for me and my family. Although the wife is already planning our family holiday for next year but we could not have done this with the help of Miles and Barr Canterbury. Ps enjoy the wine and chocolate's

I have had a fantastic experience dealing with the sales team at Miles and Barr. In particular, Chloe has always been prompt in giving extra information on houses I might be interested in and has always kept me up to date with new properties. James the mortgage advisor was superb and handled everything in the sales process without hesitation. Would recommend both to anyone without question!

Excellent and professional service from start to finish on our house sale. Bradley and his team were extremely helpful and friendly. We have never had such a great experience with an estate agent before. I cannot recommend Miles and Barr enough.
