I was very pleased with the speed of which from phonecall to viewing to application processed and confirmed. It was down to the correct due diligence of all staff involved. Nikki’s (Eke) communication and viewing etiquette was some of the best I’ve seen since renting and viewing of property, alongside a great transparent telephone manner which was centered around professionalism and ability on task. Secondly the staff member I dealt with was Stacey who was very helpful and quick to respond to any query I had, also helped me complete the application process through uploading documents myself whilst away from the computer. Whilst maintaining a great professional yet friendly manner! All in all the professionalism and overall experience delivered by Robinson Michael and Jackson’s by the staff members mentioned above was fantastic I look forward to our budding future relationship.

I can't quite comment on the value as I'm not a direct customer but having recently purchased a house through Connell's Rainham (Kent) I can honestly say they're a really friendly but professional bunch. It's important to remember that in a house purchase there are many different people involved so it's quite easy to mis-apply blame, but when it came to dealing with Connell's they were prompt, effecient and most of all honest. I felt I was able to have really frank discussions about the process and was ;eft in no doubt that their staff, mostly Jordan, went above and beyond to get the process completed. The process itself was not without issues, but Connell's absolutely saw those issues not as problems but as opportunities to demonstrate their tenacity, attention to detail and overall customer service skills. Would happily recommend in a heart beat!

Connells have looked after my property for a lot of years now. Recently they have re-let the house with such care and attention to detail. Super quick and easy to rent a property. Very professional. My only issue was the lack of communication. Would’ve been nice to have more communication from them instead of having to ask for updates. Other than that, every else spot on.
