After having varied experiences with other estate agents and trying to find a rental flat at a difficult time, we found a flat up for rent with Mann Margate. Bradley, Joe and Emma were so helpful, we managed to get a real viewing on the same day, and heard back within hours after applying. They have been so helpful through the whole process, always answered the phone when we called, and were able to answer all of our questions.

I recently left my husband and so my circumstances changed rapidly. I needed to find a flat as a matter of urgency and within two weeks, I had my lovely refurbished flat, paperwork signed, paid and ready to move! I can't thank Brad, Joe and Emma enough for their exceptionally high standard of service, friendliness and professionalism. I honestly would recommend Mann to anyone. I lived in a property rented from Thanet Property Rentals for five years in that time the staff were never less that friendly and polite whenever i called to report a problem,any problems were dealt with promptly including fitting a new boiler which was needed as the old one had stopped working. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in the Thanet area.

Absolutely the worst lettings agents I've ever seen. They are bullies and liars. They took over the management of a property I was living in and the first thing they did was issue a eviction notice to "cover their bases" attempted to charge for a copy of the inspection. Didn't fix a thing they were supposed to until it became desperate and were generally unplesant

A disgusting company, not only do they lie there way through a paper bag telling you that they are going to buy the properties, giving you false hope that you will be staying at your property, they do nothing to help you, i went without hot water and heating for 4 months, they get someone in to just about fix it for like a day or 2 and the manager Dane, is nothing but a shovanist, who wants to humiliate people and talk to them like there peasants, get confronted with the truth and he cant accept it and gets extremely rude. Disgusting company, for tenants they do nothing for others and done enough research and questioning to know im not the only one, there is numerous others too.

Damien Cooke sticks his pious nose in on Social Media and offers his so highly thought of opinion. When you reply to him he blocks you. My brother rented a house through Cooke & Co. Paid thousands in rent in November. Boiler packed up December. Left them with 1 year old bay with no heating over Xmas and then issued eviction rather than make necessary repairs.
