This is absolutely the worst agency I've ever dealt with! Ignorats!!! They don't respond to any emails, they ignore phone calls saying someone will contact you but noone never will get back to you. Completely unprofessional, rude staff. You ask for help or you need something to be done in rented apartments they're saying it's going to be sorted straight away and then NOTHING happens! Nothing. I swear they're the worst in town. I've met other agencies and it was a pleasure to experience totally different service.

I cannot thank Peter Lott enough. From start to finish he was always on the end of the phone and did everything we could ask for in the sale and purchase of our new home.
