A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Natalie was great managing the letting process for me. It's quite daunting with all the regulations. All was well explained. The portal is a great tool to stay on top of things but anything urgent Natalie would also call. I didn't have to do any chasing. Everything was done for me and cost were made transparent from the outset. I had a tenant within the week paying asking price. I was worried in the beginning but the experience was outstanding.

I cannot thank the team at Anthony Martin in Swanscombe enough - after first paying £2k to Purple Bricks for a non-existent service and my flat sitting on the market for months we met Tan when viewing properties and asked them to act as our agent, the contrast of service and contact was night and day. Tan was always in touch, providing regular updates and supportive advice. The team worked incredibly hard, I always felt the sale of my flat was a real priority. I want to also mention the amazing service from Sharn and Amber in the sales progression team for whom no ask was too much. I would not hesitate to use Anthony Martin's services again and wholeheartedly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Anthony Martin!

I cannot thank Danielle and the team at Swanscombe enough for giving their honest, professional and helpful service. They provided an honest valuation whilst other local estate agents sought undervaluation and pressure selling. Their customer service was genuine and their continued support meant that sometimes difficult situations ran smoothly. My property was a challenge to sell but with their in-depth knowledge of the business and good relationships with their clients, we had a constant stream of viewings which led to a sale at a very agreeable price. Danielle and her team were fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony Martin. Thank you for all your help and and service.

Very professional service from Danielle and the Mortgage advisor Pam from day 1 of buying a property through Anthony Martin. Pam ensured all documents and processes were completed and explained every step to us answering any questions we had which meant we fully understood everything. Danielle has been extremely helpful throughout the process keeping us up to date regularly and extremely approachable when we had questions or concerns regarding the process etc.
