We had been looking for a second investment property in the Herne Bay area for several months. Sadly such property’s seem to be sort after, having registered our budget and cash buyer status will all agencies in Herne Bay Miles and Barr really did deliver. They organised a sameday viewing. We were met at the vacant property by Lewis who lets us look around without any hard sale or pressure, he had great local knowledge and was a genuinely nice chap. We are now awaiting the exchange and completion of our purchase, but I feel happy that M&B have our best interests at heart, not just those of the seller. Highly recommend and would use again.
