A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Invicta provided me with when they managed my property which I let out to a single tenant from March 2019. I chose Invicta Letting Agent to let my property as I had already experienced very positive dealings Invicta in the past when selling and buying a home. As a first time landlord, moving away from Kent, I wanted the assurance that my property in Kent would be well managed and chose their Platinum Fully Managed package which worked really well for me. This gave me peace of mind that all aspects of renting out my beloved home would be covered, leaving me without the stress of managing it myself. Invicta offered a professional, supportive and personalised package. It was easy to get hold of the staff and they were polite and helpful at all times. It felt like nothing seemed too much trouble for them. This became especially important and valuable during the Covid pandemic when financial insecurity put both landlords and tenants in a potentially vulnerable situation. Changes in government policy further put landlords in a compromised position. Thanks to my Platinum Fully Managed contract I still received my rent. The staff at Invicta continued working throughout the pandemic and provided an excellent service. A huge thank you to all the team at Invicta, especially Paul and Lindsay!

Cannot express how fantastic these guys have been, especially Lisa. This was our first move and with everything going on in the world we thought we would really struggle but she has looked after us all the way. When we had a issue with our shower it was dealt with immediately and fixed in no time. Cannot recommend enough and will be telling everyone about them!

I have been trying to view a property that’s been on the market for what seems to be close to a year, on 3 occasions I have been told it’s gone or being negotiated on and on the fourth occasion I complained about the previous 3 as I haven’t had a call back when negotiations have broken down, and the abrupt response was “I told you You I’d call you back didn’t I” I’m not one for leaving reviews but I worked in the motor industry for 20 yrs before moving into the resturant business and I know how precious every enquiry is to a business but on this occasion it seems to just be another dead lead for these guys. If you are the current landlord of saddlers steak house I hope you manage to lease it .

We recently used Breadings to sell our previous home and buy our new house, dealing primarily with Duncan. His approach was completely professional, proactive and honest.
