A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

The process was smooth and thorough. Emily was communicative; chased when necessary; and professional when dealing with issues between all parties involved in the transaction. Very informative attachments, documents and infographics were provided which made things very easy to understand and visualise.

Always greeted professionally and with a smile (I'm assuming, it's hard to tell with masks on). All the staff helped put me at ease during the purchase and were happy to help with all of my questions. The team worked well for both myself and the seller to ensure that we were both satisfied with the process and purchase price. I don't imagine I'll be selling any time soon but I can't recommend their services enough.

After previously using Miles & Barr to buy our first house we were impressed with their service so decided to use them again for our sale and purchase. Always helpful, informative and responsive and made our sale and purchase smooth sailing from start to finish!! All the staff at the Dover branch are great and I can't recommend them enough!

Found our dream home in the country with the help of Joseph from Miles and Barr, Dover branch. Whilst our home buying story was not the most straightforward, Joseph and his team remained incredibly helpful and professional throughout. Joseph struck a very good balance between friendliness and professionalism and provided a very personal feel to the whole process. Katie from the sales progression team was also very helpful. We also received mortgage advice from Lewis and insurance from Ben. Everything we needed in one place, delivered quickly and efficiently. We cannot thank the team enough. Now to begin our new life in the country.

Very disappointed with the service we’ve received. The gentleman that valued our property came across very unprofessional. Valued our property a lot higher than the other local agents we had round with no explanation as too why which gave us very little confidence in them. Also never returned calls when they said they would. Avoid!!!

Although we did not end up selling or purchasing a property through Geering and Colyer, My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Chris Englefield, a brilliant mortgage advisor who went the extra mile throughout the process of purchasing our new property and will certainly be trusting him to advise us with our future mortgage decisions. Chris is dependable and accountable, which goes so far in terms of providing excellent customer service. Chris not only found us a fantastic deal, but also ensured that we were well informed throughout the whole process, from AIP to completion and doing so, he made potentially stressful situations much more manageable thanks to good communication. He was a great person to have on our real estate team.
