Terrible agents to work with as a tenant, absolutely awful. Non-responsive and hopeless. UPDATE: Would like to add that after escalation to the lettings team manager that I'm not getting any responses to calls or emails, I've been totally ignored. And NOTHING back after waiting for weeks. A complete joke. DO NOT waste your time or money with this organisation. With regards to the response below. A nice easy blanket response which does nothing. @Lucy, if you really wanted to make a difference, my name is not hidden in this review and you could easily reach out to me or even better investigate the issue.

My wife and I have been very impressed with the service we have received. We were looking for somewhere to rent and from the first call to confirming a home, it has been a seamless and pleasant experience. Moving home is a trial at the best of times and Margaret and the team at Mann have made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Margaret got in touch 4 weeks before my flat was ready for rental. She checked on the progress every week and when it was ready, she had tenant lined up within 2 days. Funny thing is that I purchased this as a buy to let and the estate agents that sold it never phoned me once after it was sold. I gave it on a multi agency out if respect for the other agents however Margaret blew the out of the water! I am very impressed with the letting service thus far. Mann they seem hungry to do business and thats what it takes to get the job done!

Really pleased with Mann and those that I spoke with during my moving out process. Margaret was really helpful and made it as simple as possible. Made moving out for the first time a much easier experience than I could have expected. The whole process was simple and easy to follow, all documents sent over to be digitally signed and the handover on the day was seamless

Had a viewing with Holly from Mann Estate Agents, Chatham, today and I purely wanted to point out how professional and efficient our appointment went. A very well mannered woman who answered all our questions when asked and a very humorous personality when appropriate! Can’t wait to speak on Monday regarding an offer!

They were quite quick on finding a tenant for our property but sadly they were very slow on payment from the tenant into their account and after a long wait we are still waiting for our first month's rental and the tenants deposit to be paid into our bank account. Not Good.

Initially we weren't sure on which estate agent to go with and Stewart took time out to call us to explain their service - the thing that made them stand out was their honesty! House sold very quickly and they helped chase our buyers solicitor and my solicitor throughout the whole process. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We interviewed a number of agencies and the Hunter's agent shone through as a true professional. His knowledge of the local market proved to be spot on and the brochure they produced showed our house at its absolute best. They helped us through every step of the process, investing fully into getting our house sold, with great communication skills, really listening to us and giving sound advice. They sold our house at the best price and were worth every penny.

The service we received was professional and courteous , with clear communications throughout. In all aspects of the sale we feel they exceeded our already high expectations. We will be forever grateful for their expert knowledge and understanding; guiding and supporting us through to completion. We would 100% recommend them.

This is an exceptional estate agent run by great people Hunters will go out of their way to provide an excellent service and will stop at nothing until your home is sold and completed . They really think out of the box. They are a cut above the chain estate agents which are generally rubbish because the people running them do not have a stake in the business. Makes no difference if your based away from the Branch. They will get you marketed everywhere and more importantly get you sold. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agent. I had 2 viewings with Hunters and was greeted at the first property by Tom Taylor, unfortunately I wasn’t able to enter as I had forgotten my mask but Tom was very understanding and suggested rearranging the first viewing while we meet up at the second (after I’d picked up my mask). Getting to the second property I was apprehensive as it needed a lot of work but Tom ensured I was well informed about the area, market prices and potential. He was great throughout the viewing giving ideas and advice on what could work for me. I never at any point felt pressured or rushed into a decision and he was there to answer any and all of my questions as a first time buyer. I’m yet to complete but Tom has been super helpful, answering my many many questions along the way. I would 100% recommend hunters (and Tom Taylor if you can get him 😄)

Our conveyancing process took a long time and was not straightforward, but Asha, Gino and Toby supported us every step of the way. The team were very responsive, professional and helpful. Evolution Estates did a very professional job of finding us an excellent tenant and then managing the property for us and when we decided to sell, they Marketed it professionally and it sold very quickly,. Their Management Fee and then their selling fee were both very competitive. They were responsive to calls and queries and managed the flat completely for us when it had a tenant in it. When we came to sell we choose to stay with them, they did an excellent job and helped us enormously when selling by doing things like taking the meter readings for us so we did not have to travel to the property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The previous company (a large High Street letting agent that will remain nameless) who had the property before were awful and ended up costing us money. Evolution Estates has the advantage of an owner / manager who both cares and is excellent at his job as well as having a well trained and loyal team under him. Evolution Estates restored our faith in letting agents and made owning and then selling a flat a very pleasant and cost effective experience.

Really shocked to read some of these reviews. Definitely not the experience I have had had. All staff are friendly and efficient whenever I have had to contact them. Have used this estate agents for years and have nothing but praise for the professional service they deliver. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I was recommended to these people by a friend, but having checked the reviews was a bit wary. I found them to be extremely helpful, and cannot see how anyone could think Paul is arrogant, true, he "tells it like it is", but at least you know where you are!! I would say to anyone who may be put off by these reviews, - Don't be

Myself and my partner previously rented a 1 bedroom flat with KRL, Dot was fantastic both at showing us around and also any maintenance issues, she also done our check out where we got 100% of our deposit back! Unfortunately we moved out the area so no longer with KRL! EDIT* Also the fees are straight forward, unlike other estate agents, no hidden cost or check out fees at the end of the tenancy. Absolutely fantastic lettings agency! Rented a flat from Kent Residential Lettings over the last six years. And they were a very stress free six years! Any problems I had with the flat they would always sort things out ASAP. Very professional and friendly members of staff including the contractors they use! I 100% recommend!
