Regal estate lettings agency are simply first class. I have full management for my property and have been extremely happy with their service. I can totally trust their expertise and professionalism to run my property smoothly and am only contacted when completely necessary - which is exactly why I have chosen Regal. The Management team and staff are friendly, supportive and nothing is too much trouble - they certainly go the extra mile. For example, this past year throughout the pandemic Regal have made themselves contactable and ensured their service to the tenants and myself were not affected in anyway and were there to support should the need arise. We have been renting with Regal for the last 3 years and we couldn't ask for more from a letting agent. Our property manager Charlotte is wonderful and always gets back to us with any queries or issues we have. Another important addition is that all of the staff have been really lovely and professional. I would, and have recommended Regal to family and friends. We were also so lucky to find such a beautiful property.
I have now been using Regal for over two years and find them extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I personally email them instead of phoning (my choice) so have to wait until their reply but they go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I use Charlotte from Lettings as it’s easier to have one point of call and I honestly cannot fault any dealings I’ve had with her. Highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work
I know it’s cheeky but whenever I call up I always ask to speak to Gillian Taylor in the sales team! She’s always so helpful and friendly. I’m sure all the staff are lovely to be fair. No question is too daft and I’m never made to feel like a pest. I’ve recommended them to a few friends and family members now who have been exceptionally happy with the service they’ve received. I truly feel like it’s the people that make a company successful! People buy people at the end of the day (and properties!)

Robin and Chloe have both been very helpful and professional. As a new landlord, I met with several estate agents whose approach I didn't appreciate. I went with Sanderson's because I felt they were engaging and supportive without pushing their own agenda. They have found me a lovely tenant and I am happy I went with them. They also did a good job with the photos and virtual tour they put online to advertise the flat.

Leydon Lettings provide good quality homes to live in. They are modern, comfortable and are helpful to help with any questions I had. They understand common issues students have and are adjustable to what goes on. They own multiple properties in Canterbury and respond quivkly to emails.
Property was of good value, especially as the other tenants and I are students. It was a very ideal property for us too. Whenever we had issues or maintenance problems, Leydon would always be quick to respond and happy to help. The staff are all wonderful and friendly. The only problems I have are really to do with our landlord as our property was a bit rough around the edges. Furnishings were damaged and old, and no one would even want them so it just stayed covered up. Appliances such as a microwave and vacuum weren't provided which we had to get ourselves. The vacuum we requested, but we were only provided with a small one that couldn't even do an appropriate job so you can tell it was very cheap. Overall, I think the landlord put minimal effort in our property and doesn't really care for the comfort of their residents as well as the state of the flat as a whole. As you can see, my problem mostly lies with the landlord which Leydon doesn't have much to do with. The only feedback I might give to Leydon is to perhaps advise the landlord in investing more in his property and the wellbeing of his tenants, however I don't know if they're in a place to do this. I appreciate everything Leydon Lettings has done nonetheless. They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you!
Leydon Lettings have been helpful and most of all easy to talk to and get to agreements. They show good understanding of many problems that we had in the house and they helped to fix most of them in a very short period of time. They house we stayed in was also very lovely for students, specially the kitchen, which which was well distributed, and the graden, a life saver😱. I very much recommend Leydon Lettings, and the best thing of all: they show interest and they actually want to help you with any problem you have.👍🏻
Leydons staff have always been very helpful and responsive. We had a situation where our heating was not working and they were very quick at bringing heaters to our house until this was fixed. When I had an issue with my wardrobe they sent someone out to fix it straight away. Overall, I have had a very good experience with Leydon Lettings. I highly recommend them.

Keeps sending out new contractors to quote on the same repair job but the repair never gets done. Throughout lockdown, while we were all advised to minimise contact, we have had more people coming and going than ever. Between the six-monthly inspections, gas inspection, electricity inspection and the revolving door of contractors quoting for the same job it's been like living in a train station. Repair still outstanding, since at least three years. The constant quoting started during lockdown. They never stick to agreed appointments. If they suggest Thursday and you can only do Friday, they will agree to Friday and still show up on Thursday and expect you to drop everything. So far, this has happened every single time we have not been able to do their preferred date. Very stressful and disruptive. Do not rent through YourMove if you have an option.
moving houses is a hassle specially if you are new to a country or a city and specially if you previously had a bad experience. BUT the team at your move made all that negativity disappeared. Thank you Kate for arranging everything in a timely manner, made sure everything was clear enough and that all my requests were satisfied and noted efficiently. the Maintenance team, Sarah and contract team Ceri did an amazing job to facilitate and move things quickly. I found the agents really helpful, quick, polite and friendly. I was able to view a property within 2 days and easily made the move in next 6 days. They were extremely responsive throughout the process, in particular Jade who was in continuous contact with myself to make sure I had everything I needed for my move. I definitely recommend them. Hats off to them for finalizing the contract in just 5 days!
What can I say about my experience with Your Move, Canterbury?! Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Kate (The estate agent we were dealing with) was brilliant throughout the whole process! After a negative experience with another company, Kate really helped put our minds at ease and he communication really was phenomenal. I would strongly advise any one looking for propertys in Ashford to not use this company, they are appalling in customer service any issue you have they are passive aggressive with your concerns and hang up on you. I had an electrical fire fault with the shower in the property, which I was quickly prompted to calling the fire brigade out they quickly found the problem thankfully no one was injured and the building is still in good condition. The fire officer pointed out that the earth cable was incorrectly fitted by the installer which does not have any certificate or stamp on the back to show it was tested or signed off. I am still waiting 4 days now for a solution all I have been given is a electrical cert which doesn't state anything in relation to the shower being signed off and even if it did the developer is to blame, The terrible tradegy that happened in London in the Grenfall flats is a big investigation, seeing as this is a shared building also the diligence of the installer is extremely poor... all i seem to get "it is out of our hands" and get hung up on everytime i try to call martins I highly suggest all members get put on an advanced customer service course. As I feel they would benefit from this and would not get so many bad reviews on their Google listing.
To be honest I found them very unhelpful. If there was anything they wanted you to fix or address it had to be dealt with straight away. And they can be very aggressive and rude in their approach. If you go to them with any issue they aren't bothered. Their fees are high and they are all for the landlord, apart from getting the rent paid they couldn't care less about you as a tenant. I personally would rather find another property than rent with them again.

We were with Martin & co for 3 years and didn’t have a positive experience with them once. Communication was poor. During the pandemic they said to leave all doors and lights on so no one touched anything to stop spread of germs during a viewing, when we came back to the property all doors had been shut and lights turned back off therefore not following their own COVID safe rules. We felt pressured during communication with Martin and co but also communication was minimal so we’re given 24 hours max to make most decisions. Would not recommend renting with them.
Martin & Co manage 4 properties for us and we have have over the last 4 years not had a vacant period or any undue costs or expenses. Have found the service provided of the highest standard and the staff and management have been a pleasure to deal with.
We have used Martin & Co to let and manage our property in Canterbury for over 10 years. Their service has always been excellent. Rental income is always transferred on time. Any issues are sorted out very quickly and they keep us up to date with any legislative changes. We would firmly recommend their services.

When selling your house its extremely hard to know which estate agent to use as there is so many. We planned several agents to come round and value the house and out of all the agents, Tom from Connells was by far the most professional of them all. We found Tom, and the whole team at Connells extremely supportive, friendly and accommodating to all our requirements throughout. The team have been exceptionally patient and kind to us, as we have had the unfortunate situation of several houses falling through, however they ensure to keep you positive about finding your next home. Simon the branch manager, has also been amazing throughout the whole experience, with his professionalism and full understanding of each stage of our progress, assisting where ever he can. We had the pleasure of using Roger, the mortgage advisor who has just been fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and flexible in ensuring to get the best service for you. We feel from our experience that we haven't just completed a sale, we have formed a friendship with the whole team and wouldn't doubt using them again in the future. Thank you for making our house sale (and purchase) a less stressful experience.
After having our house on the market with another estate agent in Canterbury for over a year without selling we switched to Connells where Tom & Simon found us a buyer within a couple of weeks of the house being marketed with them. They were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend using Connells if you are selling a property they were professional and efficient. The same cannot be said for Quality Solicitors Davisons who were the recommended solicitors avoid them at all costs and find your own!

They never gave up, were always polite and understanding. Very helpful. Would look for their help always in selling. They sold two other properties for me before in years gone by. Completely unprofessional. This is the second time we have tried to view with this company, but they just don't get back to you or answer any questions. Left multiple voicemails, but no response.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I honestly think all the 5 star reviews are fake. Probably the least professional and infuriating property consultants iv'e ever had. Be careful, we found out they never protected our deposit which is obviously a very illegal practice. They will not fix anything at your property and if asked they will respond with "Yeah sure mate we will come tomorrow" and then proceed to never come and ignore further requests. Really think hard about using them they are beyond terrible. Sorry Gordon
Stayed in their accomodation for a year in 2019/2020. They were polite and professional, the rental was also very cheap and they were quite lenient when it came to moving in/out. We had some issues in the house that weren't resolved but they were minor things and they resolved all the bigger issues swiftly. Compared to other student accommodation options in the area though, I'd highly recommend them.
Made enquires with Ryan who within a matter of weeks had me in a property which couldn't of been more perfect for me! Helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Thank you Ryan & team will be sure to reccomend!

I've been renting properties in England for the last 8 years, and Winkworth has resuted to be the best agency I've been with so far. It's a small office with an excellent customer service. Since my first contact with them, communication has been quick and pleasant. As a tenant, I felt I could really rely on them. Any issue with the house would always be fixed, my money would be quickly refunded if I needed to spend it to buy anything that needed replacement. Unlike other agencies, which demand of you to make a decision on renewing the rent 6 months in advance, Winkworth timings were always very reasonable. Also, I didn't need to chase them to have my deposit back but they took the initiative themselves. Moreover, the plumber they work with is fantastic! I'll be looking for a new house soon and I'm really hoping it will be with Winkworth!
