Great estate agent, at the beginning I was a tad apprehensive about using them as I had not heard of them before, but Joey was brilliant on viewings - very personable and demonstrated his ability to match us successfully to properties. The team have been there throughout the process which has been great and Andy has offered advice and guidance, as well as liaising with an extensive chain. Their communication was fast and clear. One thing I do like is that they weren't pushy sales people only out to get a deal over the line as quick as possible, which I am really grateful for. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My daughter-in-law had a viewing with them. They never arrived at the property as arranged. So she called them. Apparently the property had been let. Asked why they never called to cancel the appointment the answer was "we forgot that you was on our system." Not very professional in my books.

The troubles that happened are nothing to do with the staff. It's the staff that has made the experience great. Although I've become abit stressed about it. The system they work with is sooo slow! And wastes day just waiting on stuff. Not ideal when sleeping in a car. But the staff. Charlotte Hodges was the main lady who was helping me. Cannot fault her.

Your Move sold our property very quickly at such a great price. It was so much quicker and easier than I every excepted. Selling during the pandemic was stressful but Your Move were always there to support and advise us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this branch.

Cannot speak for the whole team as I only dealt with one person. Be honest, keep potential buyers in the loop, rather than on a promise for two days and let them know that the property they wanted to view has had an offer accepted yourself, rather than a colleague, the day after.

Century Residential always harass with your deposit money once you left the property. They claim with lots of issues and almost try to robe you through the deposit scheme. They claim all Most all your deposit. Most of issues they made up and lie. You don't get your full deposit back.

This is the first time I used Goldex Lettings to find tenants and I was happy from start to finish. Jason was polite and knowledgeable and managed to find suitable tenants after a couple of days. He patiently explained the referencing process and any questions I asked he answered fully with patience. Nothing was ever a problem. The whole process ran smoothly, Jason made everything look so straight forward. I haven’t experienced this with other agents. After having a viewing in one commercial sites, I was impressed by how affordable the building was for the space that it offers! Jason, the agent that I had the viewing with, was very easy to get in touch with at any time and booked the viewing in less than 24h notice. I would have went through with the plan if it wasn’t for a different much smaller site that I’ve found which still does the job for now until the COVID situation seizes and things go back to normal. I highly recommend them and definitely will work together in the future!
