As our first home as a newly wed couple, we had the privilege of renting our 3 bed semi in St Peters, Broadstairs through Henderson Setterfield. We have lived here for nearly 8 years in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. In our early days as tenants, we felt that our letting agent was very approachable when we needed to query something or if anything needed repair. I am happy to share that anything that needed attention was addressed in a timely fashion and, we can share this same sentiment, today. We have found that we have experienced a professional, friendly and courteous service regarding any routine visits, gas safety inspections and the like. I have been trying to ring them all day but no answer, how can you act as a managing agent when you can not answer the phone??

Been calling them everyday for a month and rarely get through and when I do I leave a message for someone to call me back and they don't. 👎

After years of emailing, calling and meeting they finally fixed our leaking roof but the inside of the roof has been badly damaged and they are now disputing with us that it’s our problem and we should fix the roof. The roof is so badly damaged it has fallen down in some places and nearly hit customers! But apparently it’s not their problem?!...terrible company ! Do not do business with them.

Amazing service! I have been looking to rent a commercial property and teh staff at Clarke & Crittenden has made the whole process so easy and stress free! A few people have said the whole general process to rent a space would be tedious but i couldn't have hoped for a more easy and smooth transition. The communication was great! Thanks again guys. Couldn't recommend your company enough!
