I recently needed to find a rental property, and my experience of dealing with Mann Countrywide in Ashford has been exceptional from start to finish. From initial video tour through to dealing with queries, referencing and final arrangements, all highly professional, helpful and quick. I had to let them down just before taking the property for family reasons, and I was treated with kindness, professionalism and respect, even though it obviously created a problem for them to find another tenant at short notice. I couldn't have asked for any better service.

I bought my house through Mann & Co and found the team to be extremely responsive and professional. They were also attentive to timing to ensure that exchange and completion took please on the desired dates. Special mention for Chanelle who was outstanding. Diane

Couldn't have asked for better service from Mann & Co Ashford. First time buyer and having never brought a house before they really helped me through the whole process and made sure everything went as smooth as it could. Mia was so quick at responding via emails and gave amazing service as did the whole team whenever I called the office. They spoke to me on a personal level and made me feel so at ease! Definitely could not have done it without them and would 100% recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. We had Maria round to value our home, our home went on the market on the Wednesday, viewings on the Saturday, Sold on the Tuesday. Maria was really confident and helpful. Whilst the house was going through she was their to help at any point as well as Brandon. Amazing service! Will 100% be recommending them again.

Very rarely got a response after leaving messages. The only employee that did was Neil Miller who was great. Bought my property through them and was advised before purchase that I could pay an extra insurance to cover non rent payments and court costs if required. When the property was mine opted to do this but was told I could not as the tenant in place had already been in arrears. I was furious and eventually had to evict the tenant! Rented the property through them but it was very difficult to get answers or pass on messages. I informed company I was going traveling and the only way I would know about bills was to email me. This information was never passed on and I returned to narrowly avoid a court case against me. The accounts and maintenance teams are in other places throughout the country and A never talked to B or C. The maintenance men they employ quoted me to repair work they had previously done themselves and on sending my own maintenance man in things that were quite frankly not needed. When questioned the reply was the tenant said they wanted it done and agreed it was not needed. Your Move take a cut in any maintenance done through them unlike some other companies! I decided to sell the property as I did not want to deal with Your Move anymore as I found the full management service I paid for extremely poor apart from Mr Miller. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but have been requested twice from the company to leave one. I would never use this company again to buy or rent a property I owned through them!

Great experience with Kelly and Your Move, got the flat we wanted over the line with no bother, also managed to get the contractors to turn it around in record time. Very responsive and no ask was too much even on days off! Keep up the good work

After a very stressful house sale we decided to rent a property for the first time in 30 years as this suited our situation. This company provided an appalling service in May 2021. We were asked to complete an application before even being allowed to view a rental property. We have never even received the courtesy of a phone call or email back from them despite chasing. Do not send out your personal information to this company - you don't know what they might be doing with it!

Matt and his team worked tirelessly to help complete a tricky sale. Nothing was too much to ask for them constantly and quickly returning calls with good knowledgeable information. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying through this well managed and organised team. 5* service from actual people.

I recently sold my house through Andrew and co in Ashford , I put it on the market and 2 days later I’d accepted an offer! The whole team were wonderful and kept me informed throughout the sales process . I’d like to particularly thank Harry for answering all my silly questions! Moving during a global pandemic was bound to have its difficulties but everyone did all they could to ease the process and make it as safe and stress free as possible. Most unprofessional Estate agents I have had to deal with. I veiwed a property 2 months ago and told them I was intrested and went ahead with my application. After numerous calls of checking my application process they said they would get back to me after speaking to the landlord. I was first to veiw and first to put a application for the house and I didn't hear anything back. The house has now been let to someone but I thought the communication could have been a lot better from the lettings team. It's a good job I'm wasn't in a hurry to move.

Over all they provide a good service, the reason I didn't give a 5 star is because when viewing my current property they didn't mention important maitence issues, when I questioned a member of staff after noticing the issues my response was I wanted to see if you noticed, I thought this was unprofessional. Although we had lots of contact with them to get issues resolved to start with, they always picked up the phone and got the problems resolved in a few days.

We have been clients for many years, and several sales and purchases - they remain the best in Ashford as far as we’re concerned. Fast, truthful and accurate in all their responses. This enabled us to have 100% trust in their service throughout our relationship.

Absolutely shocking at getting back to people!! You get told you'll receive a call back when enquiring about a property which never happens, then you see the property has been let a few days later. You email asking for any similar properties and again, no response whatsoever. Will avoid in future and use other companies!

I found Harriet at this branch particularly unprofessional and somewhat abrupt. She will tell you that she will ask the landlord about the questions and get back to you but she doesn’t... a few days later the property was taken off the website, and not a single email or call back. Looks she couldn’t be bothered to ask? No integrity whatsoever. Furthermore, I called regarding another property; had to call several times before getting through to someone and it was Harriet... nearly booked a viewing but when I told her my name she then shut me down and said it’s for single occupancy only - fair enough, I can understand that some are. So I look on Rightmove again, no where does it say that on this advertisement so I call back and I got “we don’t put restrictions on our advertisements” so I check a few other Connells properties advertisements and they do say “single occupancy” “no smokers”. Maybe they just pick and choose the tenants before even going to landlord, somewhat feel discriminated by them. As for the other agents I dealt with in this branch, can’t fault them. Just Harriet is shocking to deal with.

I noticed online that Ashford is really busy and properties are letting very quickly for a good price. I decided to ring a few agents to find out more information about Ashford and where would be best to buy for investment. Harriet from your Lettings team stuck out the most to me. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained what most renters look for in properties and what areas are popular. When I do eventually buy in Ashford, Connells is the agent I would call.

I am curious how they make profit if they don't turn up for their viewings appointment!!

Worst agency ever,by far...to bad I cannot give them half a star.DO NOT Use this agency if u are planning to rent.i wanted to move in a flat...everything was ok , she told us that it’s 100% ours ..then they called me and told me that the lanllord has this polish guy that it’s looking for tenants,and he promise the flat to someone else(this after I paid 250£ to make sure it s mine)...so they told me this story...now...the tenant who was living in the flat that i wanted to move in , was a friend of mine....they told him that i m not interested in the flat anymore 😂😂😂 . I am writing this message just to be sure that nobody will get trough this .

Martins Estates is a long standing family run business that have everything property related all under one roof and have always gone above and beyond for me. Having sold my first property through them, I also bought my first investment property that is currently being rent out by the lettings team. They have always gone above and beyond for me and would never recommend anyone else, especially not the nationals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
