Trigg have happily left me without heating for the 18 months that they have managed my property. It took for me to go to the newspapers to get heating installed. They lied and said I signed a paper agreeing to live like this with 2 kids, but are yet to provide proof. All they care about is money, if you're a parent don't rent via Trigg!!

Not great at getting back to people which is surprising in such a competitive market. Luckily there are plenty more estate agent fish in fish sea.

We purchased a property 20 years ago and recently sold it with the same estate agent. We are delighted with the service. The manager demonstrated professionalism, integrity and was very personable. We were also impressed by the manager involvement in local charities. The manager is approachable, friendly and reliable. We strongly recommend this service. The person we dealt with has good local knowledge and good customer service. Arthur Wheeler demonstrates impeccable professionalism, involvement in the community and charity work. For this reason we view them as the pride of Shanklin.

I have to say moving from being a home owner for some 20+ years into the rental market was more than daunting. However, the team at Arthur Wheeler made the whole process so simple. They were so on the ball helping me to understand the application process, suggesting potential properties that due to my circumstances were suitable and even staying late after hours to call me and get me written confirmation that my new landlords has accepted my application I simply could not recommend them highly enough and only wish I had contacted them first!
