When we have had a change of tenant the Lettings team work efficiently to market the property, attracting potential tenants and securing a let quickly. Additionally Debbie in the property management team offers a friendly and quick service. Leaders clearly have a great understanding of the lettings market and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently used Your Move Waterlooville for a purchase and then managed let of a property. From offer to completion and then subsequent let the team at Your Move were fantastic, very personable, knowledgable and professional. Speacial thanks to Gemma, who once again, went over and above to get the property marketted and let in very quick time and helped liaise with the refurbishment team to ensure enverything was ready. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Bernards helped facilitate my move to Portsmouth and have been helpful during the journey. That said, during the initial viewings we were unable to view two properties due to incorrect keys, however, we were provided with video tours of the properties. While this doesn’t fully account for an in-person viewing, it was helpful nonetheless. During my search for a property, parking was an important factor and one representative indicated the property we finally decided upon had parking included. Nevertheless, upon arriving at the apartment, the concierge informed us that there is no allocated parking spot for the property. While this was frustrating, I was able to discuss the options of resolving the issue with Bernards. At first, I was met with some resistance, however, Simon Hill, eventually became involved and has helped secure a temporary measure until the parking situation is resolved. No doubt there will be more to come of this but so far so good.

All the team at Bernards were very polite and professional from the valuation through to completion. They suggested an 'offers over' approach and it worked well, we accepted an offer after 1 week and had completed 9 weeks later.

After some initial issues getting in contact with Bernard North End, they have stepped up there efforts. I'm receiving updates on new properties that maybe of interest, so here's hoping the property hunt goes well.

The Waterlooville team were very encouraging and provided a professional and extensive service for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new property. Waterlooville provided premium marketing of our residence, including expertly shot photographs, ensured a large number of viewings and various offers. We received frequent updates from the staff on how much interest the property was bringing in on the web so that the marketing and advertising could be enhanced if required. Beals were well worth every penny that we paid the services provided were of the highest calibre.

This is actually the 4th property I've leased spanning a timescale of four years in various locations throughout England. Something I really like about Beals is their professionalism and response times; the tenancy contract is clear and fairly concise, renewed every six months promptly. The agent examines the residence every three months, something that I've not came across in past from other estate agents, and neither did my very own letting business when I leased my own, personal residence in past times.
