A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

This company is not professional when it comes to their marketing strategy. Mass distributing print media across Portsmouth homes, advertising an individual agent, is fine. But not when a property clearly states "Addressed mail only". After a few months of receiving 11 leaflets (multi unit freehold block) through the door every week or so i decided to email and suggest they stopped this behaviour, to which i received no response. Our postman has access and delivers mail to our residents mailboxes. NEXA cover our porch floor in their leaflets which go no further than the porch. Today again more were delivered. Please respect the properties of Portsmouth and don't deliver if there's a sign directing you not too.

Darrell is great at what he does but he is even better at bragging about it! But honestly he was brilliant all through the process. We had a nightmare before completion but Darrell was always there to speak to and hurl friendly abuse at! Yes he is professional and personable but also someone you talk frankly with and get an honest answer if you like it or not. Would definitely recommend if you want an estate agent with a great personality and work ethic. Your 'alright' Darrell! Thanks for everything

I sold my flat recently with Nexa. Darrell was my personal estate agent and I only ever discussed things with him which was nice. I liked the fact that Darrell was honest about pricing the flat so it was realistic. The flat sold quickly in a time where I thought it would be difficult to sell (Just before Christmas and during the pandemic). Darrell kept me up to date and it was easy to deal with him. I'd definitely recommend using Nexa, I really liked the personal touch.

Steve Grantham dealt with the sale of my Father-in-law's house after he passed away. He was always very efficient, courteous and mindful of people's feelings at a stressful time. He always gave us honest advice and took the time to explain things clearly to all concerned. He made the whole process easy for us and was always on hand to answer any questions.We highly recommend Steve and can not fault him in any way. A fantastic Estate Agent!

I lived with James in my first year when I couldn't get space in student halls. I made friends with the others in the house and we grouped up with another 3 people and moved into his seven bedrooms house on St Pauls Road. We were close to the University and could study in the library and chill at home. The open plan kitchen was perfect for cooking and having pres.

We viewed a house with Sally and it was nice, we were just excited to move out of halls tbh. By the time we moved into the property in September, we were surprised with the transformation. New Carpets, new beds, new storage space and a new kitchen.

The service from the viewings, to the welcome pack, to the move in day was nothing short of exceptional. She requested a few fixtures in her room that would make it more comfortable for her and they were all implemented with ease. You can tell that the group go over and beyond to make sure that their tenants have an enjoyable experience.

James Oliver have delivered a lovely experience throughout a move in the middle of the academic year. Cynthia has been a great communicator with us and made herself available to any queries we have had. The property itself is lovely, the en-suite and kitchens being of high quality beyond a students expectations. Thank you for the team who worked hard and evidently with all their efforts to refurbish the property so we could settle in as soon as possible.

So I never ever give reviews, but I have to say I am presently surprised with how smooth the start of the tenancy was considering the catastrophic experience of student halls last year. The team was hands-on and assisted me and my group throughout the first few months of moving in and all maintenance was handled fast and efficiently. We are all settled and enjoy the space we are in and have signed up to start next year. X

Moved out of a property 5 weeks ago requested my deposit back but still have not had it back. Have called 3 times but Morris Dibben say it is the landlord's responsibility to release the deposit, not theirs, and the landlord is saying it is Morris Dibben's responsibility. I have also requested it back through My deposits, no response there either. No one seems to know whose job it is to return the deposit. I expect my money back very soon or I will raise a dispute.

If there was a 5*+ option I’d choose that! I’ve used Morris Dibben Lettings in Southsea for many years to rent out my portfolio of properties and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Having sold and found, after quite some time of inactivity within our smallish chain, Amy very astutely discovered that the top of the chain was stuck, very firmly, in Probate. Bringing to bear her significant experience against a raft of small snags and problems, she drove through the sale dynamically, persuasively, assertively, professionally and, without fail, always most courteously. I am convinced, Amy in Portsmouth was the main person that ensured our sale (and coincidentally therefore our ability to purchase), went through.
