An attentive, personalised and organised service! My partner and I recently bought a property through Jacobs and Hunt and were overwhelmed with their service. Heather Andrews was great and we always spoke to her with regards to our purchase so she knew exactly what was going on. She kept us in the loop, and always seemed one step ahead, keeping an eye on the chain below us. Would 100% recommend Jacobs and Hunt.

Great agents. We used them to both sell a property and we bought a property from them and they were fantastic. They were very professional and kept us constantly informed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not Very Professional. Arranged to view a property. Waited for 20 minutes with no sign of the agent. Rang the office to find out when or if someone would attend. Spoke to a nice lady telling me she was working remotely and new nothing of my appointment. Called back 10 minutes later to say the property had been let and someone was meant to call me the day before. Very unprofessional!! Took an hour out of my day, no attempt to call me to tell me someone else was viewing or that it had been let. If I had been made aware I would have pulled my appointment forward as now struggling to find somewhere. I even made the appointment with the owner of the business Mr Mitham!! Deal with them at your own risk!

Anyone thinking about having Richard mithams manage your property please think again! They are an utter disgrace, I live next door to a property they manage. The tenant himself has told me they don’t do regular inspections, in fact he can’t remember the last time the property was inspected!! They are non responsive when several tenants in our block of flats have complained About the condition of the property. I am now in the process of talking to the environment agency and council about the condition of the property as Richard mithams don’t seem to care! DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS PEOPLE!! Mr mitham, I am more than happy to discuss my concerns on here if you wish? I have more than enough evidence to back up my claims! And for your information there has been two other tenants in our block that have complained!!! But you just wish to ignore these complaints! I am more than happy to post some photos of the property that you manage, and supposedly do regular visits on (as stated on your website) if this was the case, how has the property got in the condition it is currently in?? Petty and unprofessional behaviour. Disparages competitor landlords eagerly, the Hartley Business Park in Selborne being one that became a fixation of his during the short time I had the displeasure of engaging with him. In our experience, he is likely to take affront to reasonable counter offers, then renege on an existing offer altogether as retribution. Hate to think how much money this obstinate agent is loosing landlords and how much time is wasted by potential tenants/buyers in dealing with him. Buyer beware.

AVOID! Awful service. Won't rent out properties they're advertising and provide no reasons as to why, just tell lies instead.

RMA are a fabulous family run local business that have shown me the greatest of kindness over the my lengthy tenancy. I can’t recommend their friendly professionalism enough. Thank you, there are not enough businesses with you ethos in the world.
