James and Whitney have been great to work with whilst selling my flat. Both were really hands on with great communication, but it was never too much - just the right amount. Exactly what you want for something that can be quite stressful. They secured a number of bookings really quickly and I was happy to accept an offer soon after.

We have worked with Connor from Marco Harris for the last 7-8 months. From the start Connor has been on the ball, from putting our house on the market at best time to completion. Even when taking the brochure photos and videos of the house he made sure everything was perfect to get the best angles and portrait our house in the best way. After setting up viewings he constantly kept us in the loop with feedback from his customers and what the next plans are. Connor sold our house in between Christmas and new year of 2020, since then he has stayed patient and honest with us throughout the whole process. He was always chasing solicitors and other estate agents to push them along to hurry up completion due to us being on a time line due to having a baby on the way. In June of 2021 we finally completed after a long winded run due to probate matters on the house we were buying through a different estate agent. Conner helped us the whole way through and was amazing especially towards the end. We mainly dealt with Connor as he was our assigned agent however on the odd occasion we spoke to his business partner Mark, he was just as kind and helpful. These two men have a lot of knowledge on how to get the best out of the current market and we couldn’t not recommend them enough to anyone. We have received outstanding service throughout and we would 100% be using them in the future if we decide to move again one day.

Marco Harris as a team have been amazing. I have dealt directly with Mark with regards to renting out my property. Mark is highly professional whist also creating a friendship atmosphere between both parties. Mark has been highly responsive, you’re never waiting more than 10 mins for a reply from message or e-mail & calls are always answered no matter the hours. Mark has successfully rented out my property through expert advice on certain aspects & made the process easy and simple. 10/10 would recommend!

We can't speak highly enough about the team and the service we received at Edison Green. James, Shaun and Dan have been fantastic throughout our whole selling experience. They have been honest, diligent and detailed in there approach; the time and care they took over the photo's of our property had a major impact on improving the number of viewings we had which ultimately led to our sale. They were easily contactable either via text, whatsapp or email any time of day and it was a welcome change to previous experiences with other estate agents. We would use them again without hesitation.

We've been really impressed with our experience with James. He's kept us updated throughout and been quick to answer any questions or concerns we've had. Really friendly company to deal with and really took the time to understand our needs. It can be a bit daunting leaving your house with someone to show people around, but James made sure he was aware of any issues - such as not letting the cats out the front door. If we were to move again in the future, we would absolutely be using Edison Green again.

Shane was fantastic from start to finish. Unlike the other agents we have used he was not intrusive and understood our busy work commitments and was happy to communicate by text or email. He was also very straight and honest which we really appreciated! He really helped to move everything along and make sure that we moved before Christmas. I spoke to James once and communicated with him by email and he was also fab. Definitely wholeheartedly recommend Edison Green for a much more professional and less stressful experience!!
