The team in Eastleigh have been managing my property for a number of years and I have always found them very helpful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone who has a property to let as the service is always impeccable.

About standard on the price (1% of sale) and, to be fair, nice people. They did a great job on our sale, but lost interest in our purchase probably because it took too long (it was a long chain). I imagine most estate agents choose a point where they decide not to invest any more effort because the sale might not go through, so this behaviour is probably not particular to Stanford's in Eastleigh. However, it caused a lot of unneeded stress for us because they stopped checking on the status of the chain unless forced into it.

As a first time buyer, Pete took away the stress from the whole Mortgage process and made everything easy and seamless. Having previously been a tenant in a Stanfords Let Managed property I can also vouch for their attentiveness in that regard, responding to all issues and queries that make the experience effortless and straight forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Stanfords & Pete as professional and thoughtful Mortgage Advisors (along with a very competitive one-off lifetime fee) and will be using them again in the future!

Reading through these reviews it seems that most of the contributors give a 5 star rating, very few give less than that. I am firmly in the 5 star set of very happy customers. We recently completed the purchase, through Stanfords, of what should have been a very straightforward transaction that turned into a bad dream. Nick saw us through, always returning calls / emails, always providing updates and keeping things moving forward as much as possible. We never want to go through the process again (EVER!) but in the end we have exchanged on our dream home.

6 MONTH CONTRACT WITHOUT TELLING ME!! I appreciate it is my job to read an agency contract & perhaps it was foolish of me not to do so more thoroughly, but after getting no interest on our property in a whole month I was very annoyed to find out I was stuck with a poor agent for another five months without being told!!

Selling a property can be rather difficult during the constant Governmental alterations throughout 'Covid'19' times. Dan from Connells has kept the team on task and managed to sell our property through a rather tricky process. He was always ready to communicate and took over from his team when necessary. I would highly recommend this Estate agency for selling your property.

Charlotte was my main point of contact for the letting of my flat. Charlotte was always professional and went above and beyond to assist me with the process of buying and letting my first - buy to rent! Nothing was too much trouble for her, from helping me locate gas meters and getting keys fixed and other things sorted out. I would highly recommend Charlotte and the team in branch there for being extremely helpful.

So it's our first time moving out and we had absolutely nothing to go off experience base wise. We managed to call these guys up and get the info we needed for our now current flat as well as smoothly move in with no hiccups. They were easy to contact, easier yet to get answers from as well as directions as what we were doing next. Seriously? It was a huge weight off of our shoulders going through these guys and made everything very streamline and well, easy. At every stage, if we had questions, they were there to phone or email with quick response.

Beales did a great job of selling my property when others had let me down. They acted efficiently as a local agent should and did everything they said they would. There fee was competitive and my property was sold successfully.

We spent three months advertising with another estate agent whilst Allan was urging us to use Beal’s. Eventually we gave him a chance & the service was excellent as promised. A sale was agreed quickly & the transaction is so far a smooth one!

We recently sold & bought through Beals & the service was exceptional throughout the process. We sold our flat for exactly how much was suggested & they helped me with my purchase too. They were not the cheapest agent we had out but justified their fees & after selling for a higher price than we hoped we actually ended up much better off.

Overall the best lettings agent I've used, I now use them to manage all my properties. The service I received from your team in the Eastleigh branch was excellent. They have been really helpful and nothing was too much trouble particularly from the after letting perspective. They kept me calm and directed me through an extremely trying time! Nothing was too much trouble and that I really could request anything they were pleased to cater to anything I needed.
