From the viewing of a house to move in day was 2.5 weeks, the quickest move I’ve ever done. And the smoothest move I’ve ever done thanks mostly to Sam at Leaders. No issues or hitches and Sam was a joy to communicate with all the way through. Leaders also left me a welcome package when I first entered the house which was a really nice touch and something I’ve never seen before from any other estate agents! Highly recommended.

Minimal communication initially to due to lack of response from this branch. Should have been an indication of the service delivery. No progress update given, apparently buyers responsibility to check if there are any issues in regards to the sale. Even 6 weeks after the offer had been accepted, noone made us aware that the seller hadn't found anywhere to buy, despite knowing we had first time buyers, and so no chain. Were told we could retract our offer, which obviously isn't helpful, nor professional.

Fox and sons was brilliant from start to end. They have managed to get my sale through quickly giving me regular updates throughout. They also offered me a help to find service, and found me my dream property. Everyone in the office and from the in house company's they recommended to us were great to work with. I can not say thankyou enough to the team Chris, corrin and Jason.

Bit late too this but would deffo recommend going through fox and sons when looking for there property, helped me move into my first property very well and made the process very easy and reassure myself every time I had a question or concern!! My family and I are more than happy with the service provided at Fox and Sons Bitterne. In particular, Gary, the agent we dealt with was absolutely fantastic, and honestly at times it felt that he was the one standing between us and homelessness. He was (and continues to be even after we signed the tenancy and moved in) always on our side and went truly above and beyond to help us wherever possible. At some points because of issues out of all of our control, we were having daily calls with Gary trying to get everything sorted, and he was dedicated to making sure it did get sorted out, whether that meant several calls to referencing agencies, landlords and even other letting agencies. It is because of Gary that we are keen to stick with Fox and Sons Bitterne as our agent going forwards, our experience with him has been nothing but positive and one we’d recommend to anyone.

I looked to put my property on the market with fox and sons in Bitterne, Gary on the Rentals team came out was very professional and full of knowledge. the property was put up on the market and within the first 3 viewings we already had 2 offers. Would highly recommend this company and lettings team!
