A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Chris at Belvoir has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of buying our first house, having no idea how to do it, he guided me step-by-step. Although it has been a very bumpy process, Chris was supportive, responsive and extremely helpful during the most difficult times and I'm very grateful to have had him on my team. We first met Chris when he showed us around what is now our new home. He was smart, professional and knowledgeable about the property. We first met Chris Martin from Belvoir when viewing a house we were interested in buying. Although our own property was listed for sale with another agent in the town, we were so impressed with his professionalism that we cancelled that contract and re-listed our home for sale with Belvoir as sole agent. Throughout the process, Chris always kept us very well informed of progress, did an excellent job of managing our expectations, and was always completely honest with us. Chris is extremely enthusiastic and clearly loves the job he does. This gave us total confidence in him, knowing that the selling of our property could not be in better hands. We are partially through the process of buying and selling but would like to say how brilliant Austin Hawk have been dealing with the sale of our house. Dean was super helpful from the start, offered advice and guidance but was never pushy. All the way through his instinks have been right so I would trust him in what ever he suggests. I have found the whole team to be very responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They know Andover well which makes a real difference. Jon particularly was really lovely and helpful for us. Dean has also helped us with advice regarding a search for a new home and we are really grateful for that. I would highly recommend Austin Hawk to anyone.

Extremely disappointed by the appalling level of service Connells provided through the second half of our journey. We had no issues with the sale of our property, however the panelled solicitors that Connells use are absolutely appalling and surprisingly Connells do not have any control over them. Connells recommended Premier Property Lawyers to our buyer but due to their lack of competency they resulted in us being 7 weeks delayed and very close to our chain falling through. Every time we asked Connells to contact Premier to chase them, they were unsuccessful in getting hold of them which is shocking that they have no communication with their panelled solicitor. We would ask for updates from Connells and 90% of the time they were unable to provide us with any useful information. Frustratingly the more we were delayed the more often we called and tried to make contact with Martin and would not hear back, even though the person taking the message would confirm and agree that they will call back to provide us with an update. They’re escalation process is atrocious and non existent from a clients point of view. After 7 weeks of delays there was still no sense of priority for our case and every time we asked, Connells were unable to provide us any updates or evidence that someone was working on our case from their escalation process. When confronting Connells with our disappointment, we were told that ‘they’re job is to only sell the house’, conveniently this was not the same attitude they had when they valued our place, they seemed to sell you the dream at the beginning but actually their service in the end was a complete nightmare. I know through past experience that their Basingstoke branch is just as appalling. Their attitude and service across the whole company is shocking and I would strongly recommend not using them.

It was a pleasure to deal with Connells. They sold my house in 2 months. After a previous estate agent fail to do so in a 1 year. Further more they kept me up to date with proceeding at every stage. They took a burden of stress off us and acted with complete professionalism. We were also impressed on how covid safety they are. thank you very much

Had a fantastic experience using Connells as part of my mortgage process. David, my mortgage advisor, was absolutely fantastic. Being a first time buyer, I was fairly unaware on what was involved. David took me through all the steps, explained all the technical jargon and supported me throughout the process. Quick to respond to emails and extremely helpful right through to completion - could not recommend him enough as a mortgage advisor!

I have let my first property for nearly a year with Your Move in Andover after meeting several letting agencies. Amie valued my property and was very informative and helpful. Also, Evie worked hard to find a tenant for me and kept me informed until they found a nice tenant. Chris who runs the day to day issues for my place has been very helpful and responsive and also reactive. I am sure my tenant would speak highly of her too. Even their Regional Director Michael Gearing has responded to my email of thanks when receiving my Invoice and Statement of Account from himself. (And I am just a tiny man with one property.) That's impressive! I have no affiliations with these people other than them doing a good job running my home while I work away. So thank you all. I recommend them.

Thank you to Amy for her fantastic help during our venture of our first rental. She helped up through the paperwork, which as first time renters can be quite tricky.
