Avoid like fire!!! If I had known how unprofessional they are, I'd never rent with them! (Leaders company.)Unfortunately, I've only read bad reviews after signing the contract. They seemed very professional at first. Then all hell broke loose. Problems never stopped until the end of the contract. Flat was very dirty when recieved keys, they claimed it was cleaned. Certain aspects of tenancy agreement were fixed to my liking (as there was some vague stuff in it), to be never fulfilled in real life. Communication lacked of politeness, to put it likely. Issues weren't resolved. They tried to twist everything and blame us. Safe yourselves time, nerves and money. I'd give zero stars if I could!

I've had the pleasure to work with Billie from start to finish on my letting, from my first viewing to signing my agreement. She's been fantastic in dealing with my constant phone calls and emails about the smallest of problems with a perfect balance of professional and friendly. The whole process has been pleasant and swift, and Billie has always been there both calm and cheerful. The whole team at Belvoir have been a delight to deal with and when I next decide to rent (or hopefully buy someday!) I won't hesitate to call them again.

I can't believe how hard the staff in the lettings department worked to get my family and I into a 2 bedroom home. They treated me with dignity and respect right from the word go which was very refreshing compared to my experiences with other Brighton and Hove lettings agents. I booked a viewing with them for a Saturday morning. I received no confirmation via email or text by that morning so I phoned to get the address of the property. They had not booked the viewing even though they had registered me on their system. I had travelled a fair distance for the viewing only to find out it wasn't happening. Very poor organisation from this agent. Avoid using them.

Bishop Sullivan have been a godsend to me!!!! I needed to move out of my house at a time which was personally very difficult for me and I needed to rent out the house having never had to do this. Like most people, I had heard some horror stories of what estate and lettings agents can be like so I was incredibly anxious about how to decide what to do. Compared to every other company that I spoke to, Bishop Sullivan were MUCH more transparent and clear about their services without any pressure at all. The personal touch was superb which, at that difficult time for myself, made all the difference which made me choose the company. 2.5 years later, I have not looked back :-) The service is very clear, efficient and helpful. Whenever something needs to be done, I always get a very clear message from Julian about what needs to be done, what the range of options are and what he would recommend but without any pressure to go with his suggestion. Once I make my decision, everything is done seamlessly. I have never had any cause for concern and indeed, it's reached the point where I will ask Julian for his advice about other financial issues since I know that I can trust him and his advice. Importantly for me, the values of Bishop Sullivan are very close to my heart - being transparent, being fair and wherever possible to help others. Indeed, I was so impressed to find out that Julian had set up the Brighton Big Sleep Out to raise money for a charity that helps young homeless people that I joined him and others in December 2019 to sleep outside overnight on the terrace of the i360. For all the above reasons, I could not recommend Julian and Bishop Sullivan enough - one of the best decisions I ever made!

I am very disappointed with this company, they are responsible for communal heating for our building, which heats all our flats, despite many attempts to get a proper explanation, they have not given me any good reason why the heating was not switched on for 9 days. Now one of their electrical contractors managed to switch it off and can’t switch it on again. Absolutely brilliant. They charge a lot of money and do not offer the level of service expected for it. Simply not up to scratch. UPDATE: So, I never received a proper an explanation, just them moaning about the heating engineers and vice versa. The heating engineers say Parsons are awful with communications and that is the problem. Now Parsons have imposed an over-the-top parking scheme without any consultation of all residents. The parking had been fine bar a few exceptions of people, which should have been dealt with amicably, instead they impose a draconian like it or lump it scheme without any negotiations. Also they get in tradesmen to fix things who have no idea what they are doing, perhaps the instructions weren't clear - I have seen this first hand. They seem to forget we are living here, and treat us like imbeciles. I see some fake reviews from their mates have appeared, I'm not the only one to spot this - look further for the real critical reviews. We will be looking at replacing them as Right to Manage or another management company unless there is improvement.

The agent lied about the insurance policy which he told me wasn't mandatory, but it definitely was and was in the contract and also found me a flat with the most psychotic landlord who has been endlessly harassing me to the point of tears. Now I am stuck in a flat with a crazy landlord for 6 months. They are really nice to you until the deal is done and then they disappear. They just want their commission and will give you lip service to get you off their back.

In particular Dan Mack of this office has been a great link, taking the time to help me with any queries with prompt and efficient attention - even if it is not his actual department he always guides me. I feel very confident having Dan Mack's expertise and helpful attitude. I have been treated as a person and not a tenant or property number; and feel confident that my needs are considered. Dan keeps up with all the new laws and any bye laws - he is a fountain of information - which is comforting for tenants to know they will be treated fairly. I have found Dan - and all at King & Chasemore - to be a very fair, sympathetic, pro active and efficient team and consider fortunate to have been well looked after - Having Dan around makes me confident in renting from K&C.

We were lucky enough to stay in a fantastic property with Panoramic views for the 16 months. When we encountered an issue with plumbing and the roof leaking, it was addressed immediately and sorted out in a timely manner.
