We recently used Astons Estate agents for the sale of a 1 bedroom flat. Within the first week they managed to arrange 4 viewings and were great at negotiating the price with a buyer. Initially we agreed the sale on day 9. We also liked that they were keeping in touch throughout the process and updated us with all necessary information. Good value for money and good selling tactics. Will use them again in the future.

Gary worked tirelessly to secure a sale for us within the contracted period, always listened and responded positively to our views, was very honest at all times and as a consequence was very easy to work with. We have been delighted with the outcome to date and as long as the sale progresses to a successful conclusion (which we recognise is not 100% in his control), will be very happy. Astons helped me look for a property in our local area. James Wilson was particularly helpful both with looking out for properties for us as well as showing us round potential houses. I really appreciated his approach to stepping back and letting us look around the house ourselves (but came around with us).
