A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Many thanks to the staff at the Chinnor office, particularly Jack, who carried out 50 viewings of our house between them in around 6 weeks! We found them to be very professional and communication was great, it was great to have an agent who picked up the phone and replied to emails and queries swiftly. They worked well with our conveyancer and other agents in the chain to smooth out issues as they arose in a timely manner. Thanks for all your help we couldn’t recommend you higher.

Fabulous brilliant things! That's all I can say about the staff at B&B Chinnor. Not only were they exceptional at helping us gain our very first home in Stokenchurch, the local advice and references given truly made it an even more special day. They are aware and caring about their community and even held an Easter egg hunt for children. I now hold them in the highest regard and will be the top recommendation I give when it comes to finding a property and/or Easter eggs

The staff at Bonners and Babingtons were fabulous. I was looking for a property to rent in Chinnor and they found me a wonderful flat in the heart of the village. Charlie kept me informed and updated at all times and helped me with any enquires I had. He was always available by email or phone to help with any matters, no matter how trivial! I live at Perpetual House in Henley, a gated community of 45 apartments. Today, contractors entered our development, parked their van and then left our development to conduct works at the apartment block across the road (Cherwell House). When the contractors returned, they informed me that Ballards had provided them with a remote fob to open our gates and use our private parking area, even though the tradesmen was not working here. This is a total abuse of the trust that has been granted to Ballards, it also breaches our security. Ballards were contacted, and I was greeted with the most arrogant attitude by one of their employees, who refused to return our remote fobs. I have no doubt that legal proceedings will follow as this is NOT acceptable, I have sent out an internal email to all residents advising them NOT to use Ballards in the future, as they have demonstrated they cannot be trusted!

Ballards have a very impressive inability to manage lettings properties properly 1) They do not have appropriately experienced lettings management capabilities to identify and manage problems as they arise in a timely fashion and are experts at letting issues run for months / years until they are fixed. More often than not they will ignore a problem even exists 2) In addition to this the tradesmen they hire lack any form of basic skills or experience & in addition to this lack responsiveness 3) The result of 1+2 is a complete shambles of a service and landlords and tenants should be very wary of transacting with them.

Would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons in Marlow. I have used their team many times over the years. Good rates and good service. Go the extra mile including proactively kicking unfocused solicitors in order to push sales through to successful conclusion. Nice to work with a team who don’t need to be chased.
