Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Orchard & Shipman have been fully managing my flat (let to the local council via the OS) since 2010 and they have provided a top standard of services. There have been some good tenants and some challenging ones in these years but my property manager Marcela had helped me to handle some difficult issues in a claim and professional way. Much appreciated!

The service I received while renting a property through O&S has been great. Marcela was my main point on contact and was very professional and friendly and helped me with my hundreds of questions on the lead up to moving in. Through the tenancy they've been very good with any issues I've experienced and contacted me to follow up on things and make sure everything was resolved. Overall I would happily recommend Marcela and Orchard and Shipman.

Carla Smith has been absolutely fantastic in all our house needs, also a friendly neighbour. Office staff have been polite but at the beginning of our tenancy, some were quite abrupt and rude, we also had a rent increase which left us £4.34 in arrears and you'd of thought we were months behind with the amount of emails, but I guess that's just business. On the whole good, but as I said Carla Smith is fantastic and a incredible asset to Orchard Shipman.

This is the best estate agents I've dealt with. The support from Carla has been amazing. She always helped to get any issues resolved quickly. Very professional and friendly. It was nice to have someone take the time to go through everything that had to be done for moving out to minimise the risk of any charges. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time I have rented a house through Orchard and Shipman, and both times I have found any member of staff that I have had contact with to be very helpful and professional. In particular, Jas Patel has been so helpful throughout the entire referencing/paperwork stage, emailing me straight back if I have had any queries, and keeping me informed as to what was needed from myself. I can’t thank them enough for the speed of service and how friendly they have been. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
