Kate Young is an amazingly unusual Estate Agent and Property specialist. Unusual because she really puts her clients first. Kate managed a rental property for us and made the process easy, efficient and personable both for our tenant and us. She did property checks regularly and yet it was always done with respect for the tenant as well. She was a great communicator . So we always knew what was going on .in addition if she said she would get back to you , she always did so promptly. Recently because of ill health and our move away from the area we asked her to sell the property. She found us a buyer in under 3 weeks. Because of a complicated chain the process took a little while, but she has taken responsibility for the property in a manner that was impressive. While the property was empty a neighbour called me to say the alarm was going off. Kate promptly went over and sorted it out. There was a problem with the gas meter- she contacted the relevant people and sorted it. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. I recommend Kate Young Properties as an outstanding business !
