I found the agent Sally very rude and unprofessional at a viewing for a rental this evening. I was not happy with the overall viewing... Too many people were also in the house and a 2 meter distance was impossible.... Even the estate agent never followed the social distancing rules.

These were our vendor’s agents and we found they were much more proactive than our selling agents. We particularly found that Michael was very helpful when dealing with the initial purchase and subsequent viewings and Sales Co-ordinator, Sally, was on the ball, ensuring the process moved as swiftly as possible. We would use them in the future if we ever moved again.

Very professional from start to finish. Fully explained the process of the sale as my mother is pensioner. Really helped push the sale through by chasing up the chain when others didn’t seem interested, gave constant updates , would use again. Thank you Neil and Andy

I have found them to be very responsive to repairs, on top of property inspections, giving straight forward advice and support when needed. Agents from Aztec are professional. I would like to say thanks to Riyaz and Monica. I am new to UK and not familiar to the process. Aztec help me a lot to get the property ready in reasonable time. This is a good property agency i will introduce to my friends. Keep going with your good services.

Staff were always professional and responsive. Never had any issues throughout the process. Riyaz, Monica and Judyta all communicated with me at different times towards getting my new apartment. We had contacted Aztec as they were recommended to us by an ex-colleague who has properties let through them. So when we wanted to let our own house Aztec was the obvious choice. Mo and his team led us through the process and put our minds at ease from the very start by giving us sound advice. We received an offer after the first day’s viewing and our tenant moved in within a month. We were thoroughly impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service we’d received from Aztec and look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.

All staff have always been very helpful. Chloe in particular is extremely efficient and more than happy to go the extra mile to help out with any issues, alongside being very professional, friendly and provides a fast response to queries.

I got my keys for my new house today and would like to thank Riyaz a lot. He helped me to find the right house and made the process easy and quickly. Also would like to thank Monica. Overall, very friendly and helpful agent.

They "broke into my house" without notice. I came home terrified to find all the lights were on and started to video-record the whole thing. They later threatened me that I broke the law by video taping "the burglar." Going inside, the fridge doors, white goods, etc were wide open. Of course, they did not compensate for the electricity used whilst their agent used my home. They also moved some of my stuff. Later they tried to take my deposit by falsely claiming the house is damaged by me and lied about me leaving all windows open - freaking liars! Some of the windows were not even opened once in my time there. Finally it took a solicitor to email them to get my deposit back. For tenants beware! They will take every penny they can from you!

Not refund the deposits. Highly not recommended as letting agency.

We would like to personally thank Kathleen Milne who is the property manager at 118 Queensway Bletchley who managed to recover a substantial rental arrears which had developed during COVID-19 crisis and get the account up to date by making a huge effort at a time when many tenants just stopped paying rent. We have used Connells as our letting agent for many years and have always found them thoroughly professional and quick to respond to any issues regarding maintenance or legal compliance. 5 Stars all round 🥳

Many thanks to Laura Fuller who showed us around an apartment on Saturday. She was professional and charming, answering all our questions clearly. Unlike some letting agents, she was not 'pushy' and gave us time to look around the property properly. She is an asset to the company.

Nice, friendly and absolutely professional team. Natalie sorted everything out for me quickly and easily. I had the keys within 5 days walking into the office. Natalie and Laura made the whole process of renting ever so easy and simple. Thank you Ladies!

Disagreements happen - but I was treated very rudely by the manager Elaine, and the company, and I would therefore recommend avoiding BHP. They employ quite poor trades and don't fix things when you ask, even gas leaks. They also have a very aggressive form of property management where you are in the wrong by default which is intimidating. They employ dodgy trades and hand them your keys to come and go as they wish. One of them came in and left my lights and heating on full when I was away on holiday for weeks. Unacceptable. Left as soon as I could.

We are a landlord who gave bhp our keys to let a room, they did not bother to call us and keep us updated and yet haven't returned our keys after the room has been let. Elaine had organised the contract singing and a young man named Callum came from your company and asked for our gas certificate and a set of keys. BHP now denying taking the keys is dispicaple instead of owning up and being honest abut this mistake. We should not have to pay to change the locks because of their unprofessionalism. This is a security issue and we will not hesitate to report this to the authorities.

Elaine @Brick House is an amazing person - very patient, understanding and helpful. Thank you so much for helping me move into the en suite @Bletchley. I'm hoping that one day; very soon you can help my family and I move into a 2 bedroom house which we so desire as we're currently leaving in different locations which very hard for all of us.
